Massachusetts: Yesterday was fun but 2010 is here

With all the hooplah over yesterdays senate show I had lost track of how time was moving along ... until I read this line on another blog

"For the next 14 days, every organized Republican Town Committee in the state must organize to choose delegates to the April convention".

So I wondered, are we invited to this mystical process or do we just wait to fight over the table scraps again?
Is anyone involved at their local levels and if so how does one exert their own leverage?
