Benjamin Fulford asked the Japanese Minister of Finance why he ceded so much power to American oligarchs and the answer was, because they were threatened with an earthquake. The story only gets more incredible...please take a look.

Fulford also explains the physics of HAARP simply and succinctly, with effective quotes from HAARP's own director of public affairs that corroborate the more sinister allegations.

I have no official opinion on this specific matter (i.e.: is Chavez's accusation accurate or is he crazy?). I do, though, have some questions and comments about the issue on a higher level.


Chavez has made plenty of such allegations (those which are typically seen by the masses as "crazy talk") over the years. I think the likelihood is extremely low that every single one of Chavez's allegations have been fabricated. I think that Chavez has been correct (or at least credibly accurate) in at least some of his allegations. I couldn't tell you which ones about which he'd have been correct, but I think the odds are that he has hit at least one nail on the head. If our government had clean hands and had not made evident its corruption and unwarranted murder then I might be willing to give it the benefit of the doubt by saying, "Bah – Chavez is on another one of his crazy rants again." Sorry, U.S. government – that's your fault for letting it get blatant to the point of squashing any plausible-deniability you might have had otherwise, not ours for noticing.


So that gets me to thinking (sorry again, U.S. government)...


First off, what is the realistic possibility that it could even be true? Well, our country certainly possesses the capability to create earthquakes. For any of you who say that's not true, I ask: if such high-level technology doesn't exist, and if no country possesses technology of that caliber, then why was a U.N. treaty founded in October 1976 restraining countries' use of weather modification/warfare? Why has the U.S. had laws defined in its books that set reporting requirements on weather modification activities and attempts (see U.S. Code, Title 15, Subchapter 9A)? Also, consider the words of Senator Claiborne Pell, D-Rhode Island, in his editorial, "United States and Other World Powers Should Outlaw Tampering With Weather for Use as War Weapon", The Providence Journal Bulletin, 1975. His editorial was to push the U.S. into signing the U.N. treaty. In the editorial, he said: "We need a treaty now to prevent such actions -- before the military leaders of the world start directing storms, manipulating climates, and inducing earthquakes against their enemies. The basic idea of environmental warfare is simple -- if a nation can learn to trigger natural events it can inflict terrible damage on an enemy through rainfall, flooding, tidal waves, earthquakes, and even climate changes that could devastate an enemy nation's agriculture."


Personally, I won't get into a debate on whether or not the technology exists or whether or not the U.S. has it. I've already seen too much information in support of proof of existence, and absolutely nothing to prove it doesn't exist. I won't get into a debate on whether or not the U.S. government possess such technology. They, themselves, have essentially admitted to it (by drafting laws about it, entering into treaties about it and et cetera).


I saw some debate below about the scope of effect (possible earthquake) of one of Nikola Tesla's experiments. Tesla is essentially the Leonardo Da Vinci of the electrical world – he had understanding of things beyond his time, but did not have the technology during his time (two centuries ago) to implement his ideas. I look around today and see myself surrounded by modern implementations of Tesla's ideas and inventions. Tesla, during his time, did not have access to a device like HAARP (about which Tesla theorized), nor the power sources required to run such a device (just under 4 billion watts). On a side note here: I won't hear the government complaining about the need to rape and pillage our own natural resources, or to take others' by war, to generate more consumer power so long as they're playing god with 4 billion watt toys.


There should be no doubt – the technology exists and the U.S. government has it. So... the important question is: would we use it on another nation in a deplorable manner, for profit, control, maybe to just test it to make sure it works before using it for its real mission in the future, or other reasons? I think Hiroshima and Nagasaki answer that, with respect to atomic weapons (we're the only nation that has ever actually "nuked" another). I think it's unnecessary to point out the pretenses and inhuman/illegal manners under which we rushed into Iraq and Afghanistan; however, I think it should be noted that those areas are proving to be quite a nice proving ground for testing drones (perhaps for their real mission at a later time?) and other high-tech weaponry. Although these are only a couple of examples, I think it's safe to say that our government is at least willing to test/deploy at least some technologies/weapons against other nations. At the very least, they have been prone in the past (even the very recent past). I find it very difficult to tell myself, let alone anyone else, "Nah – we wouldn't do that. Sure, we may possess the technology, but our government has proven itself to be nobler, more respectable and more compassionate than that. Give them the benefit of the doubt." I must also take notice that there are those within our government who would be quick to say, "What? You don't give us the benefit of the doubt?! Then you are an unamerican traitor and a terrorist!" (which, coincidentally, is all the more reason to NOT give them the benefit of the doubt... about ANYTHING... at least in my book).


I don't think it's at all unrealistic to believe that our government could and would trigger 'natural' disasters in another nation if it would somehow fulfill a benefit, or serve their greed, or quench their thirst for power and control. It wouldn't even surprise me for them to do it to us - on our own soil. I don't really want to believe that, but, as I type it, I am reminded of the agreement about a little over a year ago, between the U.S., Canada and Mexico, headed by NORCOM, which allows each nations' troops to cross each others' borders, to assist "in time of disaster, either natural or man-made" (as worded in the agreement). I'm also reminded of recent news articles about the "drones" (that we're using in the middle east) slowly being integrated to our (U.S.) skies, to look for "drug traffickers" and "fugitives." Sorry again, U.S. government; it grates against my good conscience to be too quick to say, "No, they wouldn't do that to anyone, let alone, us." Maybe if you shape up and earn back your good name over the next 75 years or so, it will be easier for people for make themselves trust you again, against their better judgment.


I have no doubt that our government, in its quest for Novus ordo seclorum - the New Order of the Ages - and its quest to be at the top of the pyramid when that order emerges and the dust settles, would be willing to harm another nation, unwarranted, if (a) doing so would benefit them somehow, and (b) they could get away with it – without anyone suspecting or believing in any kind of U.S. connection to the disaster.


So the last question is, DID the U.S. government do what Chavez alleges it did? I have no opinion on that (yet). All I can do it pay attention to everything going on in and around Haiti in the aftermath of its disaster.


So far, as one poster has pointed out, the U.S. military has been quick to swarm Haiti... to "help." I saw a news clip last night (I believe on CNN) wherein a high-level commander was talking about what an unexpected shock it was for him and his troops to be "yanked" out of Afghanistan and sent to help in Haiti with basically no notice. That deployment just seems a little too... I guess the correct word would be "opportunistic"... to me. Just before beginning this post I was reading an article about hundreds of thousands of people fleeing the ruins of Haiti, and how the outskirts of Haiti are being leveled to set up tent cities – government-provided camps for the goal of concentrating people into more centralized camps as opposed to being scattered about the country in their own makeshift camps, according to the article.


A couple of days ago there was an article on the Yahoo! Home page about the corruption in Haiti – specifically citing how very little aid money makes its way to benefit victims, and how most of the money ends up in the pockets of governments and charities. The article right below that was about president Soto, George W., and Bill Clinton, getting together to deliver the message, "Send money – not blankets." Hmmm...


I think we should watch carefully what happens in Haiti from here. In what ways and how much does the U.S. benefit from involvement there? In how much debt does Haiti find itself to the U.S. after our government's "help" mission? How much control has the government of the U.S. gained over the government of Haiti? How much does our government later trumpet, "Look at all the nice stuff we did for Haiti, so you can trust us now..."? How are the Haitians treated in the government-provided camps (Are they free to come and go? Do they get some kind of special I.D. or "papers," which they must present? Do they end up in debt? Are they told what they can and cannot have in the camps in order to survive? How much military involvement surrounds the camps? Is martial law declared? Et cetera...)?


That's all I have to add, short of, "yes, Chavez is correct" or, "yes, Chavez is a nut-case." Haiti will tell its own story there if we're patient. Our government has grown too arrogant, hasty and dumb to keep their hidden their involvement in causing the Haiti disaster, if they had any such involvement. However, whether or not the U.S. government actually caused the disaster, you can bet they'll capitalize on it and profit from it in every conceivable way.


Actually, I do have one other bit of random rambling to add. Right now I hear on C-SPAN in the background a speech given on 1/21 by Charles Krauthammer at the Heritage Foundation. He's talking about how (paraphrased) every war in which the U.S. has been involved, including current wars, and every non-war involvement of the U.S. military, has been to defend freedom. He also speaks negatively about "individual sovereignty" - showing preference to a like-minded "collective, free society"... and cites how "Obama arrived to re-invent the world" (that make me chuckle). He's also talking about how nations are diverse until a common disaster brings us all together. In future discussions I'll refer to this as the "Krauthammer Novus Ordo Seclorum" speech. :-)

If anyone believes this then they should support the wars in the middle east. If the US really has such a weapon then total victory in the middle east is very likely.

Note that the Secretary did not speak the words in square blocks; these were added by the writers later, probably to "soften the tone" of the Secretary's information release. So the Secretary confirmed that some nations of the world -- not just some ragged terrorists, as the writers tried to imply for spin control -- do possess novel electromagnetic weapons and are using them to induce earthquakes, engineer the weather and climate, and trigger volcanic eruptions.

In the case of Turkey, the quake might have been just another target practice shot by the KGB/Russians. In Russia, these weapons are totally under the control of the KGB, including research, development, manufacturing, deployment, and manning and firing the weapons. The weapons are not in the conventional Russian armed forces at all.
