QB for the Saints

Played for the Texas High School State Championship, for Westlake High School.

My cousin played on the same team. He made 2 interceptions that helped win the game.

I got to be on the field for that game. ...I will never forget it..

It is hard to believe he is now playing in the Superbowl.

I heard the poor guy's mom committed suicide recently. Talk about a bittersweet moment.

I'll say GO SAINTS, just 'cause Drew used to play in Texas, and Louisiana is just next door...

BTW, Can I buy tickets to the knife fight down below?

The Saints played a great game, made no major mistakes and capitalized on Viking errors. The Saints deserved the win. Good luck in the Bowl.

In Cajun country, we've already popped the champagne and hugged and hi-fived. This looks like a month long party:

Super Bowl XVIV in two weeks, Mardi Gras 10 days after!

(from what I gather, very little productive work will be accomplished tomorrow, and there are rumors that "work" will simply be canceled tomorrow in New Orleans.) I myself am already hard into a bottle of wine, champagne and half a case of beer. I guess it's a good thing there is no hard stuff around. I need to wake up early enough to have a new tire put on my car tomorrow.
