The Ancient Chinese Libertarian Tradition

For those of you interested, Rothbard draws parallels between Taoist philosophers and libertarian thought here...

Rothbard was not a Taoist nor was he a True Individualist
Since Anarchy means "no-authority" -- There can only be one kind of anarchy and thus only one-true individualism.
Bakunin vs Rothbard vs Octobox (smile - Mises).
Bakunin = Workers-Sovereingty
Rothbard = Owners-Sovereingty
Mises = Consumer-Sovereingty
The 'true' individualist movement will seek to give equality to the most people.
Which group forms the largest numbers: as Workers, as Owners, or as Consumers?
Workers and Owners and Students and Senionrs and Women and Minorities and the Homeless: They are all consumers.
Therefore.......Octobox is the true Taoist, smile.
My conscious-sleep and tension mastery is rooted in taoist energy arts / meditation.
*&^ Constitution --- Constitutional Rationality
No doubt, you are full of Tao, Octo.
But another question - did Lao Tzu participate in any movements? ...
We both know the answer.
:)
Being full of Tao is certainly revolutionary, though!
Yeah -- My family says I'm full of tao too ;-)
Lao Tzu was probably like Saint Francis
---Kicked out of his own Society
*&^ Constitution --- Constitutional Rationality
What an interesting article
Thanks Lao Tzua

De nada.
:)
Taoism was the first philosophy I studied -- I was fortunate
to learn Nei Kung at an early age.
*&^ Constitution --- Constitutional Rationality
Hey - what is Nei Kung?
Were you "fortunate" or full of Tao?
:)
I vote full of Tao! (and that is fortunate).
Good post.
It is remarkable that I discovered liberty and the Tao separately, yet they are very much interconnected.
Me too.
Truth is truth. Tao is Tao. :)
