This is a great video.

Is the rest of it on the way?

I will search for it

I hear from one person who was there that Ron spoke for about an hour - this part is about the FED very powerful.

Thank you everyone for bumping this up and Michael for placing it front page.

p.s. -
searched youtube and so far this is the only video from his speech at Loyola.

"How can we justify to the unemployed and underemployed in the United States the incredible cost of maintaining a global empire?" - Dr. Ron Paul

I was there

last night. I was the last person in line and got my PA Constitution signed!

He needs to continue to talk about this idea of taxing holdings

This policy will be disastrous and it is simple to understand. Why would we want all the newly created money by the Fed in circulation? Such a move would be disastrous to the economy. It is bad enough that it was issued in the first place. The final act of inflation always plays out after the currency hits main street. Very few are elaborating on this idea in mainstream news.

Taxing Holdings

Whats happening is that the banks are cutting back on credit and hording cash. I have a small business I have owned over 20 years. In the last few months I have had my existing lines of credit reduced to the current balance or closed. This was done by two different banks I have done business with for 20 years, never a late payment and no change in the business or credit rating. Appears to me that the banks are reduceing thier exposure at the cost of the businesses they work with. I then inturn cancelled an equipment purchase that we planned for this year. My reaction is to hold tight and see what happens. With this situation with the banks, small business will stagnate and that won't help employment at all.
