C4L: Please just post the dang responses from Buck? SURVEY IS NOW POSTED!!!!

There were two additional surveys that were posted and then taken down right away.

Both of them scored as high or higher than Buck.

Why are they no longer posted?

Are there more?

I know a private organization should not be held to the same standard as the gov. regarding transparency, but can we at least lead by example?

How can we as the grassroots do our job and promote all the candidates that fill out the survey if we don't even know who filled them out?

I wish the question on the eliminatiion of the IRS had been phrased differently. For example : Will you work toward the removal of the tax on work for pay, popularly known as the 'personal income tax?'

And it appears the one question Buck didn't answer (there was no "N" in that column) was #13 concerning abolishing the IRS.

Frankly, the IRS does collect taxes other than the so-called income tax, and it could be retained for those purposes. Of course, if we had NO internal taxes, then they wouldn't be needed. Import duties and apportioned taxes would be the better route to go. The Customs service can properly handle import duties, and the Treasury can take direct payment from the States for apportioned taxes.

But I understand why he would have skipped or answered no.

Though I am confused why he has a position on his website about remaining in Afghanistan, yet he answered yes to opposing using U.S. forces to occupy a nation without a Declaration of War.

Maybe contacting the Buck campaign for a clarification would be in order?

Thank you for your concern.

The candidate featured in the Colorado ad answered 19 out of 20 questions correctly on our Campaign for Liberty candidate survey, and he has been publicly outspoken on Audit the Fed and an out of control federal government. He also answered the Foreign Policy questions and warrantless search question on our survey correctly.

We treat these surveys as a personal promise from the candidate as to how they will vote upon entering Congress. And I can guarantee you we will hold them accountable for their actions and responsible for how they presented themselves to us.

That being said, there is an even more important fact: The Colorado program was funded by a small number of Colorado activists. The funding for this program came ENTIRELY from this small group of new C4L donors.
