Articles of Freedom
The 'Articles of Freedom' produced by Continental Congress 2009 have the potential to change the existing paradigm of civil governance at the State Houses and on Capitol Hill. This as a peaceful, Constitutional means to hold our servant government accountable to the organic rule of law enshrined in our founding documents. We the people, as designed, can put the leviathan out of control freedom eating monster from inside the beltway,and oft State governments back in its cage.The cage We the People built for it, to secure our freedom from the rule of men.

Some recent public attacks on Bob Schulz, delegate representing New York at CC2009, I consider an attack on me, a delegate from Minnesota. We all worked tirelessly amidst much reasoned debate to craft this blueprint for us the American people to consider and act on as led by the stirring of each soul.
The Articles are not perfect and incomplete as we were all severely constrained by time. Bob Schulz and each of us demonstrated the passion and desire to enable this country to again be the land of the free to manifest our destiny.
If this is also what you desire, consider pledging the national civil action. When a goodly number of millions of our fellow citizen patriots do the same we will have made great strides to incrementally attain this shared goal of returning to Constitutional governance.
Each of us can take out of the rest of the 15 Article document that which we have the most passion for, and act on it. This is a call to action. The time for academic complaining and begging the overlords to free us from bondage is over. Doing this instead of attacking a delegate who has demonstrated his zeal, character, and integrity of purpose over time is a better choice. Mr Schulz made this possible, much like Dr Paul, not for himself, but for us and will serve to bring us closer to our mutual goal.
Bob Schulz would prefer you not know that he mortgaged his farm to enable us to provide this grand blueprint for your consideration. The rest is up to each of us as we form a collective liberty coalition that can vanquish the beast about to destroy our nation. I ask each of you make a much smaller sacrifice and check it out yourself.
A right without enforcement is not a right. The Constitution cannot defend itself.Our posterity are depending on you and I.The time is now please act according to your conscience.

Are we Tea Party "radicals", or status quo appeasers(still trusting in minor changes over LONG periods of time)?
THIS my friend, separates the men from the boys...this is WHERE the Movement ought to be "organized" and energized...there is MUCH FEAR out there that signing on to these is a forward extension of both your hands into federal handcuffs and saying "take me to the FEMA camp"...it may in fact be tantamount to the signers of the Declaration of Independence signing their own DEATH WARRANTS...who is willing to take that risk?
So far, only about 3,232 as of this morning...including mine!
This is what would ultimately separate the Tea Party movement from the GOP(and Sarah Palin, and Glenn Beck, and the Republican Party's neo-con invention "Tea Party Nation")... in all reality ... this is what EVERY local group(Campaign for Liberty included) ought to be educating their members to via a PowerPoint ... line by line ... with un-slanted, non-revised, and unbiased United States HISTORY to back it up....this would get anyone KICKED OUT of the Republican Party real fast, then we might FINALLY understand what we're really up against!

The goal is 15 MILLION signatures(that's 300,000 signatures per state)...are there 15 MILLION Americans knowledgeable enough in governmental affairs to the tune that they KNOW we are living under tyranny already and destined for more and more despotism, at an even more rapid rate, every single hour these politicians remain in power??
This is the difference between Rick Perry & Debra Medina for governor in Texas...seriously...it is just knowledge, sincerity, seriousness and commitment versus "the machine" that keeps the status quo...
In my state, I wonder if ALL our many Tea Party groups can reach 300,000 Michiganders, and gain their signature on this document?
There have to be at least 300,000 in each state who have "nothing to lose" anymore; retired folks, or people so discouraged they'll take the risk of losing their class-status for a time, in order to give another generation of Americans a Republic the way it was originally meant to be!

Here is the webinar where Bob Schulz mentions speaking
to Dr.Paul a week before the CC2009. Dr.Paul encouraged Bob and stated if the people get on board with this and create critical mass, he too will take it on and support it but it has to come from the people which is appropriate.

extremely important document. I have now added the April 19th civic action of the hand delivering of the AoF that puts each elected official on notice to restore the Constitution that will occur simultaneously across the United States at each State Capitol.
Even if 10 people show up, that is still magnificent and historic. One day we may all look back and marvel at what so few take notice of currently.
Same thing occurred during the late 18th century. What began with fear and reticence snowballed into an overwhelming commitment after Thomas Paine's Common Sense was distributed for sale to the colonists.

We have a President who apparently is not a natural born citizen, a violation of Article II; --Fail
and
We have a fraudulently ratified 16th Amendment in violation of Article V -fail
The first bothers me quite a bit more than the second, since there has been no evidence at all the Obama was born outside the U.S.

we spent a great deal of time putting all of this together. I think it is a work of art!

The more people know the more support this will get. It will snowball once coalition leaders sign on. Most are followers it seems. Waiting for comments from Mr Tate and Mr Nystrom. Curious as to their quiteness? Their evaluations as leaders will be taken seriously. They are aware, and I am expecting a formal opinion from them soon. Hope that materializes. Patiently waiting.

It doesn't matter if Obama was born in the US, he's not qualified because he's not a 'natural born citizen'
It doesn't matter if Obama was born on the front steps of the White Hosue, he's still not eligible because his father was Kenyan, and owed allegiance to the British Empire.
John Bingham confirms that understanding and the construction the framers used in regards to birthright and jurisdiction while speaking on civil rights of citizens in the House on March 9, 1866:”[4] [5] [6]
“ [I] find no fault with the introductory clause [S 61 Bill], which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen…. . . ”

There is a HUGE difference between 'citizen' and 'natural born citizen' as required by the Constitution for Presidential eligibility.
Obama may be a 'citizen' (we don't know for sure, because he won't release any documentation), but he is NOT a 'natural born citizen'.
Natural Born Citizen = Born in the USA of two US citizen parents.
Obama is thereby "REJECTED".
So far down the rabbit hole
you fool yourself with irrelevant trivia. The problem is, people giving their interpretation of law in congress, like Bingham, means nothing. All that matters in the current US Code, that says that someone born in the US is a citizen at birth- not naturalized, therefore a natural born citizen.
In fact, the U.S. recognizes dual citizenship, so the fact that Obama's Mother was a U.S. citizen is also enough to satisfy bingham, since his parentS do not owe allegiance to another country.
Now you can do all the screwy word parsing you want, but by current law Obama is clearly a natural born citizen.
--Now, if you wanted something in these articles that said Presidents should not hold dual citizenship - you might have something that alot of people would agree with, but that is not what it said. It was simply accusatory of the Obama.
