And Article 1, Section 8 (Powers of Congress):

To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

So when was the last time you could use gold and silver Coin as a Tender in Payment of Debts in any State in the Union? You could not because these thugs in Washington DC gave away to the bankers the right to print money and loan it into existence, with you paying the interest either directly or through taxes so the federal government could pay interest to the banks, with the added detriment that our money has become virtually worthless as compared to purchasing power in 1913, when the Federal Reserve was created. And as an additional consequence, periodically this unstable, unsustainable, corrupt, unconstitutional monetary system brings on a financial collapse which you are currently getting to enjoy. Perhaps like a spurned wife, the US public will finally wake up to being cheated and take some action, something a little more serious than redress in divorce court.

So many Chinese know nothing about their rich history and ancient philosophers, poets, Confuscious and Lao Tsu and others. They actually write their letters without any artistic flourishes like they used to. It was all art. There is no art in China. No poetry. Just a kind of drudgery.
