How do we get the Tea Party back on track?

How do we get face time with the originator, that is the key. We need to get a handle on this situation right away. We must get ahold of the people putting on these teaparty rallies, and educate them. There is more of us, than there is in the opposition. Adam Kokesh is a former Marine, he needs to talk to the originator of this www.teaparty.org who is also a former Marine. We need to nip this in the bud as soon as possible, before we let the false Republican Democrat paradigm destroy our progress.
We are on track in Texas. Debra Medina set to be Governor.

I agree, Debra Medina needs to be our number one focus right
now, there is no more important and promising situation as her winning. If she wins, it will be a big slap to the mainstream disinfo agents, and it will be a big push towards freedom. How can you tell a Tea Party
How can you tell a Tea Party Tea-O Con from the Original Tea Party? A Tea-O-Con believes we must always be at war to ensure America's security from the bogyman.
Just listen to Palin, Beck, Hannity, etc. all are warmongers.
The Original Tea Party should throw a major anti-war, anti-big government/big spending event and see if any of these warmongers show up or even report on it.
Simple. Courage.
Here is what is going on. It seems that when the Liberty people find neo-cons/ignorance get involved or run an event, they/we run from the them as to not associate.
This is the wrong strategy, tactic, whatever. The gop runs everything, accept it and fight back.
Stop running from them. Get in the trenches, nose to nose and grind it out.
Get involved in all events, go to meetings. Yes, even the 912 ones.
Volunteer to help, build your numbers up and take it over.

All that happened was that neocons took off there GOP t-shirts and put on there T party shirts. This was one reason a never joined a T-party. Next time you start a movement make sure you have a platform first.

The true appointed "leader" is RP. When he announces his 2012 bid it will take care of itself. He obviously has to concentrate on the Congressional election right now.
The meetups were a great networking tool in the 2008 election. I am a member of many patriot goups-GOOOH, Americans for Limited Government, Resore the Republic, et. If we could unite all these grassroots, there would be no stopping us.

LEAVE IT! Start over. I mean if they try to co-opt the next "movement", then a blind person will see for certain what is truly going on.
The true tea party isn't a party. It's an anti-establishment organization. So just support third party canidates or anti-establishment D's or R's. (If you can find them, Rand Paul, Ron Paul, etc)
Don't vote for the mainstream D's or R's, keep letter writing, emailing, and calling to keep the pressure up. If our life is going to get alot worse, then surely they deserve SOME inconvienience!!! What do ya say?

the problem is that this was our movement, and now we are getting big, so we have to pull out the broom and sweep the garbage out before the pile gets too high. I think this is the most important thing we need to do right now. We must get into contact with the organizers of these tea parties. We need to draw the line now before it is too late.

In my view, ideally, we should ahve tried harder to keep the prominent neocons out in the first place. We can't read minds, so we can't really keep out individuals who show up and are neocons, but who don't advertise it or who aren't known for it, plus I think just about anyone should be free to come and watch and see what its all about, unless they are really being in your face and really offensive(for instance, someone with a pro-nazi sign shoting pro-nazi stuff would make the tea partiers look bad).
We can and should keep out the neocon bigwigs(Palin, Armey, Beck, McCain, Lindsey Graham, and anyone else like them in a leadership position)and not allow them to give speeches on stage. On the other hand, we'd definitely not want far left democrats like Harry Reid or Nancy Pelosi giving speeches on stage or getting any sort of behind the scenes control either. If this had been done from the start, that no neocon(or anyone else who had extreme views on the opposite end of the spectrum from Ron Paul) in any sort of leadership position was allowed to speak at or get any sort of behind the scenes control, we'd be much better off.
Now that these people who we don't want in there have already gotten their foot in the door, it is possible that if Medina wins in Texas and Ron Paul announces his bid for president after he secures his house seat, and they get to speak at lots of tea party events and get even more popular and well known, hopefully we can flush some(preferably all)of the people out who we didn't want in there in the first place.
Palin is a tougher nut to crack than some of the others, because some will argue that since she endorsed Rand, she is basically ok. But the fact she supported McCain and Rick Perry is definitely not ok, and her saying something to the effect of she thinks Obama should attack Iran is not ok either, so I think the bad she has done has outweighed the good.

You can't freeze a rotten peice of meat and make it fresh. The garbage has a death grip on the leadership of this "movement."
The best thing to do is lose Beck, Palin and the assorted "Tea-O-CONS", and just stick with a bipartisan grassroots movement.
Anti-Fed, Anti-War, Anti-Spending, stick with the core principles and you will have support. Enable the "Tea-O-Cons" and you might as well pack up and leave.
America has already rejected them. That's why they are latching on the the grassroots movement. To kill it and make people not want to be associated with it.
Keep it grassroots, to hell with Beck, Palin and Dick Armey... Keep it from the bottom up, one community and Meetup group at a time... And STAY involved! Don't ever "take orders from headquarters!" YOU are the movement! Don't forget that. If you do, it dies!
