PoliTex: Medina backer sets off money 'bombs'

Thank you all for bringing attention to this.

I do not, and will never, take credit for the money raised on these moneybombs. I believe this confusion was simply a 'play on words' by the author. In order for Aman Batheja (the author) to say "but the cash isn't for him", he decided to word the sentence in a way that, unfortunately, made it sound as though I were taking the credit. This is entirely not the case.

I only take credit for creating the website. It is we - the Liberty R3volutionaries, whom are the ones to receive all the credit for raising the money!

I, myself, was upset at the way the article seemed to imply that the October moneybomb was organized by me. It was, in fact, organized by www.RunMedina.com (a great site if I do say so myself) and I was only a participant in the fundraiser. Although, I don't attribute any malice to this mistake - only a misunderstanding by the author.

Although these mistakes are apparent, I do have to be thankful that Aman took the time to contact me and write another article. I was first contacted by him for the Dec. 29th moneybomb where he wrote a great article (http://startelegram.typepad.com/politex/2009/12/local-counci...).

I am sorry if this next moneybomb on the 15th interferes with another in Pennsylvania. I picked this date because, not only is it the day before early voting in Texas, it is also the 134th anniversary of our current Texas Constitution. I could not think of a better, more appropriate date for Debra Medina's next bomb.

I hope this clears everything up. I have been a part of this R3VOLUTION since the beginning of the Ron Paul campaign and I have no intentions on ever leaving it. I can only do so much as an individual but I think that these moneybombs are a great way to visually see what we can all do together!

I want to clarify matters in regards to Debra Medina Money Bombs.

Anthony Reed said he pulled in over $75,000 in campaign contributions on February 2.
Matter of fact it was Ron Paul community that raised a large part of that amount of money.
As a moderator on Daily Paul the largest Liberty oriented political blog on the planet I organized a Money Bomb for Debra here is the link -

we had this at the very top of the front page all day and since we have around 500 patriots online at any given time thousands of people were moved to donate on that day.

around that time Debra was raising around 7,000$ a day but that day she got 20,000$ which means that Ron Paul community raised around 13,000$ that day for Debra Medina campaign.
