I don't want to buy into any of the hyperbole (thanks word nazi) over Iran and feed the fear mongers, but I must say I am curious and have been thinking about the possible scenarios.
- Could Iran Launch a nuclear device?
*I say this is improbable. With the Patriot missile batteries and other SatCom defenses it seems like waste for them. Plus, they face total destruction.Suicide
- Iran could unleash a sleeper cell of Martyrs to to do us harm hear in the US.
*Again this to me is unlikely. They face severe repercussions militarily.
- Iran does something to bring down the financial markets.
*Now this seems a little more plausible. The economic system is hanging on a thread. If they invoke some sort of trigger to create a chain reaction it could send shock waves or even bring on the collapse of the Dollar.
- Iran could unveil a new technology or have a break through discovery that could change the world as we know it.
*Possible.The Iranians are not stupid and like their science. Iran is not playing ball with the NWO and could perhaps be holding an Ace. Maybe something to revolutionize the world as we know it. The nuclear thing could be a huge distraction.
-Iran could take over the TV and Radio and have some big V for Vendetta plot.
*Not likely but funny though. Imagine a figure in a Bur-qua giving a speech like V did...Ridiculous
- Iran does nothing.
*This could be the most likely scenario.
I am interested to hear your opinions and speculation and further more, how the global government may react?

I had not heard about this, but I say you are spot on. Every major saber rattling at Iran has been related to their threat to open a bourse, Iraq's real crime was trying to open a bourse, and the average American has never heard the word "bourse."

I only had a translation from the articles talking about his remarks, so I don't trust that entirely, but what they did attribute to him seemed to sound more like that date will be the "beginning" of the decline of the west, not necessarily any actual event.
It is sort of like a really vague and poorly worded prediction.
The only thing specific is the date, but the issue is so vague, it doesn't matter.
Nothing of any substance will happen on that date. Unless of course, it will benefit big government and the international banking cartel.

Yeah, I don't know why people who advocate bombing countries
that support terrorism haven't been declared enemy combatants and labeled as terrorists and traitors yet.
Since the U.S. is a state sponsor of and the creator of radical Islamic Jihad, then that means anyone making such a clamor is really advocating for the bombing of the United States. Since doing so is an act of war, any American making such a call is courting treason.
