Costa Rica libertarian presidential candiate gets 21% of vote in general election!!

Otto Guevara of the "Libertarian Movement Party" (Movimiento Libertario or PML) may not have won Costa Rica's presidency, but he got 21% of the vote, which I think is pretty astoundingly good for a libertarian candidate running for president of a country.
He was helped by Don Rasmussen of R3volution Consultants (Don was previously involved with the Campaign for Liberty and Ron Paul 2008 presidential campaign).

I'm sure he's bummed his guy lost, but I think we should all congratulate Don at helping his guy get 21%.
I selfishly hope that now that the Costa Rica elections are over, this means we'll see more of Don around the liberty movement in the US!
Think he can help Medina or Schiff in their last few weeks before the primaries?
Good news and bad news
This is good, but after reading the Wikipedia article and looking at the polling leading into the election, I'm saddened that Guevara did not do better.
The polls consistently had Guevara in second place, with as much as 30% and a ten-point lead over Solis (who came in second).
20% and third place isn't awful, and it's a good stepping stone. But 30% and second place is much, much better.
