Aparently, Iran is planning some type of propaganda move on the 11th. So far, the speculation I've seen looking at Debka, some other similar sites, is that they may have a major crack down on the protest movement, they may announce capturing western spies associated supposedly associated with their internal protests, or they may even test a nuclear weapon, or they may even stop accepting dollars for oil.

Its hard to say. Probably it will be underwhelming, but who knows.

One way or the other it is propaganda designed to strengthen the extremist both in the west and in Iran.
