ST. ROBERT, Mo. -- A U.S. Army member is accused of shooting a man in the stomach during a fight inside a pool hall. Spc. Erick Carrasco of Rolla faces first- and second-degree assault charges stemming from the fight on Monday at OB's Billiards in St. Robert.
