Would the Unconstitutional Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan be legal justifications for not paying Federal Income Tax?

Since both of these wars have not been officially declared by Congress as is required by the Constitution, and therefore Income Tax money is being used to kill millions of people in an illegal war, I'm wondering if this would suffice as a valid and legal reason to not pay income tax?

Gandhi and Thoreau

Would agree with that. To them it is as a morally valid reason not to pay, and wouldn't care about what the overlords have deemed to be the law.....

Might be an idea to explore if the

antiwar coalition gets serious; it would make a very interesting class action suit.

I've often wondered about hiring some lawyers

through the CFL for some special cases.

You know how renters have a

strike against bad landlords, I wonder if we could have a national tax payer strike against the government and all our taxes money put in a special fund and say your get our money when we get our Liberty and stop invading countries.

No. We have to pay our taxes

No. We have to pay our taxes because that is the law. I would certainly like to see the 16th Amendment repealed, but until it is, we have to obey the law.

At the same time, our criminal politicians ignore the law. That's what separates us from them. They are criminals, and they know it. We cannot follow their lead and break the law.

Our criminal politicians have been trying to demonize us to law enforcement, portraying us as "terrorists" because we are concerned about our civil rights, and pointing the finger at them, and their criminal activities. Let's not fall into their trap. We need to maintain the moral high ground.

We need to continue to expose the real terrorists, and the real criminals.

It's my understanding that it was proven in the film

Freedom to Fascism, that the law was never officially past by due process! Also according to Eustace Mullins, the income tax was passed to fund the our enemies war machine in WWI!

Of course it would. But we know what happens to those

few or a group who challenges this; they end up in prison.

That is why pledging to support the Articles of Freedom is so important. If 15 million Americans simultaneously declared withholding their financial resources from the government until it was restored under the Constitution, we most certainly will have a chance.

We can only try. I encourage everyone to read the Articles of Freedom below.

Whether we agree or disagree with these AoF, it is still good to give 360 million Americans a chance to know what this is all about. For freedom of choice.

Yes, but so what?

You're dealing with an outlaw government and an outlaw private entity (actually is the extortion agency of the Fed) who is infinitely more powerful and ruthless than the Yakuza, the Tong, the Triads and the Mafia put together.
