Ron Paul "Elevator Speech"

I've recently had to craft an elevator speech for a personal project, and it hits me- why are we just saying we like Ron Paul, who no one knows about and everyone who does thinks he is crazy? We need to fix this, fast.

Let's get an elevator speech up here.

OK, here is my current Ron Paul elevator introduction.
(Iterations to come....)

Ron Paul is a congressman running for President. He believes that government has grown too big -- impinging on our personal freedom to make our own decisions for our own families, and sticking its nose into the internal business of other countries. We each already owe $40,000 to pay for their overseas interventions, and big government is giving our hard earned money to the well-heeled government lobbyists. Vote for Ron Paul to reduce government control of your life.

If you were riding in an elevator and had to tell someone about yourself in 30 seconds -- "an elevator speech".

I have no clue what you're talking about. I never tell people this. Just relate to the people who are asking the questions about him. It's that simple..
