I love this comment:

"I can't tell you how many times this has happened to me. You're just hanging out with your buddy on a sunny day. Sitting in lawn chairs at the end of the driveway with your scuba gear, an umbrella, and a trident, and before you know it you're chasing a Google van down the street."

LOL!

Awesome!

I am not amused either

what you don't get is that they are mapping everything everywhere ending privacy the world over. They are tagging animals, Fish, Birds everything that moves and soon they will be tagging us.

So no, i am not amused at all.

It's sort of like people that go in the self check out line at the super market. They don't care or even see the bigger picture which is that eliminating all those cashier jobs are in the plans. What's next unloading the trucks, stocking the shelfs, putting on the price tags.

Well I don't think that will happen anytime soon. But if they could they would do that too...

please prove Google tags animals

The nefarious "they" to whom you refer may more likely be revered scientists and nature preservationists, who surely love chewing freedom bits.

To the extent more actual nefariou's do tag creatures is to the same extent how much their authoritarian rules must confine them.

Yes, I DO get it!

That is why they pulled this humorous stunt..to draw attention to the invasion of privacy!

How could that not amuse you?

I doubt that these guys will be Norway's representatives anytime soon. Damn funny though.

Scandinavian privacy

I'm waiting for someone in a Scandinavian country to sue Google for invasion of privacy.

I live on a private road. When they get to my place, I'm suing for trespass because my neighbors and I own the road.

Norwegians + Scuba Gear = Funny

Norwegians + Scuba Gear + Chasing Google = Hilarious

Another spammer the filter did not catch!

Shhesh! Does it ever actually catch real spam or just bungle up bonafide posts?

(At least it picked a funny post I had forgotten about.)
