RT: European Parliament rejects US demand to access personal bank data

The European Parliament has flexed its' muscles at the U.S. - by rejecting its call for access to personal bank details. Washington said it needed the private data to root out terrorists, but lawmakers weren't convinced that people's privacy would be protected.
