uhh... all I can say is

uhh... all I can say is F***k...

He pinpoints the start in 1980

Reminds me of Major General Smedley Butler's testimony to Congress in 1930's. BBC4 reports.

Today's worries:
Will recession, worthless bailouts and programs create despair?

Will hyperinflation and the fear it brings drive us to a dictatorship.

Dictatorships need an enemy to blame. Who is being set up to take the blame?

Individual freedom and personal responsibility are the antidote to these poisonous machinations.

The beginning of the solution at end of clip!

Free includes debt-free!

That's it? No more details? Damn.

Sure would have been nice to find out exactly what he meant by that. I hope no one gets to him before we can find out.

Yeah, I was trying to figure

Yeah, I was trying to figure that out. Intriguing, but without elaboration it's not very worthwhile.

Kerry, was covering his butt. I hope the truth is exposed in our life time.

"We can see with our eyes, hear with our ears and feel with our touch, but we understand with our hearts."

Probably longer than 30 years

Certainly, the government of the US has been in the hands of rogues, going back to the Kennedy assassination, and probably before. When the OSS (which later became the CIA) was formed under President Truman, that opened the door to clandestine initiatives.

During the Eisenhower administration, the CIA brought abut the downfall of the government of Guatemala, so that John Foster Dulles, a friend of Ike's, could expand his United Fruit company.

Nixon, as Eisenhower's VP, in collusion with Howard Hughes, organized a hit team to take out Castro, shortly after he came to power in 1959. When Nixon failed to win the presidency in 1960, Bobby Kennedy took over this project, which his brother, President Kennedy, quashed. By then anti-JFK sentiment ran high among the CIA, the ONI and the U.S. military in general. The result was Kennedy's death; this sent a message to others in government who would dare threaten the 'military industrial complex' or the CIA. Nixon was also brought down by the CIA, with info that was fed to Woodward and Bernstein during the Watergate mess.

Our history is rich with behind-the-scenes tyranny, and it has continued unabated from the end of WWII to today. The CFR has been a silent partner, remaining in the shadows; the Committee of 300 is another; the Bilderburg Society also has influence on our foreign and domestic policies, as well as on the nations of the West.

So Bob Kerrey was pretty much right. He just needed to add another 35 years.

Maybe Kerrey is speaking only

of the time frame he was personally
witness to.

I think he just threw them a bone

Bob Kerrey is smart, and knows what's going on. If a little guy like me can read and learn history, then Kerrey certainly knows. He was in DC for a long time.

But these guys want to live, keep their pensions and play golf with the 'made guys.' Hence, no specifics.
