An excellent article: "Folks, this is how bad the corporate media really is. They can not even report accurately on an event they produced themselves."
Friends, keep up the good work!

Iowa Republican Site

The official Iowa Republican Party site is rather quick to tout the poll lead by Mitt and Co., and they don't really lend much enthusiasm to Ron. However, upon visiting some blogs on the Des Moines Register (paper), it's refreshing to see that Ron is getting the same grassroot support from regular Iowans.
We all need to keep watch in Iowa, and look for opportunities to join feedback groups there to help Ron's awareness there. Some of the candidates (Mitt) are spending a lot of time and money there.
People need to be shaken to the core on the main issue:
Should we, as a Nation, adhere to the Constitution, or toss it aside and let Big Machine Corporate/Politics lead? Iowans are practical people, they should "wake up" easily.

Web Wall Paper
When leaving public web terminals, one could leave with a browser maximized on a Ron Paul information page.
With that idea in mind, I will create a page with text in a font size that could be visible to a passerby from an away-from-keyboard distance.
I will post a separate blog entry to implement this, but feel free to expand or improve on this concept.
Here it is. I prefer that you not comment on the entry at
http://dailypaul.com/node/197 .
This is just one idea for a page to leave open at the public web terminals.
Another idea would be to use a BIGGER FONT with another hosting service so people could see the text at a greater distance.
I prefer that you not comment there, although some useful introductory comments about RP or RP resources might help.
Rupurt Murdoch's MySpace censoring Dr. Paul posts.
MySpace.com, owned by Rupert Murdoch, is actively censoring Dr. Paul's supporters as evidenced in the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ehhj-0JsKmA
Mr. Murdoch is also the owner of FOX News, the neo-conservative propaganda machine, and is going out of his way to censor anything that isn't in line with the neo-conservative view points, even the conservative Dr. Paul. This was mentioned in a recent email I received from Dr. Paul's campaign:
Ron Paul Builds Momentum
==========================================================
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
May 8, 2007
ARLINGTON, VA – Congressman Ron Paul's support has soared since the
first Republican presidential debate. Conservative commentator John
McLaughlin, host of “The McLaughlin Group," cited Ron Paul as having
given "the best performance of the debate." In fact, the Paul
campaign's apparent strength has many other pundits scrambling to
explain it. Paul campaign officials offer the following examples of
the candidate's rising success.
Since the debate on May 3, Ron Paul:
1. Handily won two post-debate polls posted by event sponsor MSNBC.
2. Placed a close third (18%) in a post-debate poll on the
conservative Drudge Report.
3. Won an ABCNews.com online debate poll with 84%.
4. Won a C-SPAN online GOP candidate poll with 69%.
5. Became the third most-mentioned person in the blogosphere,
beating out Paris Hilton, according to the reputable Technorati.com.
6. Produced a YouTube.com video that was ranked the 8th most
popular overall video, and the most-viewed political video.
7. Was featured, by popular demand, on the front of Digg.com.
8. Generated so many bulletin posts on MySpace.com that the site
owner News Corp. blocked all additional posts about Dr. Paul.
9. Became a "most searched" term on Google and Yahoo!.
10. Saw a quadrupling of daily visitors to RonPaul2008.com.
"These figures speak for themselves," said campaign chairman Kent
Snyder. "Ron Paul has quickly become a strong contender for the GOP
nomination because of his powerful message of freedom and limited
government."

SREAD THE WORD
I JUST READ THE SUPPORT FROM CONGRESSMAN WALTER B JONES OUT OF NC AND WROTE HIM A LETTER))))))))
hello mr jones, i really like your ideas , i have never been into politics but im trying to figure out how i can make a diff in this country, i am a buss owner , i feel like giving up sometimes because of the goverment wanting so much from the american buss owner, i am proud to say i will be voting for congressman RON PAUL out of texas and really liked what i seen on your article about him.Far too many Republicans in recent times have claimed to be fiscally responsible in principle, only to then vote for big spending programs that will leave our grandchildren bankrupt. They claim to believe in the Constitution's limits on government's power, but their actions say something else entirely.
That is why your decision to formally explore running for the Presidency is so important.
Sadly, not many in public life fully understand the Constitution which they have taken oaths to defend, nor do they fully grasp the principles of liberty upon which it is grounded.
That is why I appreciate the fact that you are willing to consider entering the competition of ideas that is a Presidential race.
As Congress's premier defender of the Constitution, you would have the platform necessary to espouse the ideals that are vital to turning America around - and you would be in a position to hold other candidates accountable for talking one way to their supporters at home, and then voting another way in public office.
I look forward to the prospect of you running, and having the platform to raise the issues that too many candidates would prefer to ignore.
Congressman Walter B. Jones

Excellent article, and
Excellent article, and thanks for the heads up.
I've begun to daily e-mail the FCC and have begun the process of contacting the ACLU for assisstance, because:
I grew up being brainwashed that America was vastly better than the USSR chiefly because we have freedom of speech and the press. The story being almost daily fed to me was that Russia had only Pravda and Tass, both Government censored media outlets, whereas, by stark contrast, the US had innumerable media outllets that weren't censored at all.
I simply won't accept that it was all a big lie. ABC News censored all of my comments to their board, after requiring me to register and offer personal information, by deleting my posts and ignoring my numerous e-mail requests for an official explanation as to why Ron Paul's name was initially left off of their poll roster.
I refuse to be treated as though I don't matter by one of the big three media outlets that is among the first to receive FCC license to dominate our news sources for so long.
I have respectfully demanded equal time to balance the slanderous 'The Ron Paul Effect' article, as well as the addition of a disclaimer 'This is not a scientific poll' to the second ABC poll that included RP's name.
What polls ARE scientific, and how so? Specifically when compared to the MSNBC and ABC News post-debate polls?
The polls I regularly peruse have all eliminated 10 of the 16 candidates by polling with leading questions such as, "If the election were held today, would you vote for Clinton or Giuliani?", etc., etc., with no mention of Ron Paul (and nine other Dem/Rep candidadtes) as a choice.
Real scientific.

Live Free Or Die
The whole MSM is so blatantly one-sided that this would be laughable if the country were not in such bad shape.
All we can do is keep pounding away at them. I find that the majority that I talk to about Ron end up really liking him.
Grassroots is Ron Paul's only hope. Keep pounding away everyone.
