All the bad stuff that happened during the Bush years!

Obama looks destined to be another failed presidency. However, there is a difference between a failed presidency and a "disaster". Never forget some of the highlights of the Bush years include:
1. A stolen election via Supreme Court precedent.
2. The snipers.
3. 911!
4. Weapons of Mass Destruction - Not
5. No capture of Bin Laden
6. Invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan
7. The Patriot Act
8. Record Deficits
9. Financial Disaster
10 The beginning of the Great Recession!
Am I leaving anything out?
During the march toward totalitarianism, each new law brings us
closer to total subjugation.
The list just keeps growing, with each administration and Congress adding more and more, some more than others.
The problem is that those who seek public office almost always have a fundamental belief in government and not in freedom. Ron Paul even has mixed beliefs although he is predominately a believer in freedom.
The solution to total government is to eliminate the federal government entirely and limit the States to voluntary contributions instead of fees and taxes as a source of revenue. We need Un-United States.

Are you paying attention to where Obama is taking "all the bad stuff"?
BO is going to have a hard time matching the magnitude of the
disaster that will be the Bush legacy.

People forget about that one. In combination with the Patriot Act II, it is the legislation that gives the Executive Branch the ability to declare anyone an enemy combatant and can throw them in an undisclosed prison without trial or due process. Also, this combination basically says that anyone, who commits any crime, state or federal, can be considered a domestic terrorist and subject to the same black prison system.

Whatever authority the State governors has left over their State militias/National Guard, was totally gutted.

Transition of control of armed forces and all law enforcement under Homeland Security control.
"Fusion Centers" for spying and profiling Americans created.
Torture of prisoners condoned.
Suspension of habeas corpus for "suspected terrorists".
Total loss of any remaining "moral high ground" that the US might have had left.
