I just filter out the junk that doesn't ring true.
I do give him some credit - he tells people to look for the truth. Some of them do.
A gal called in to his radio show the other day and said that after listening to him for quite a while - she looked into things for herself and found Ron Paul - and now gravitates toward his type of politics.
Thanks Glenn.
People who are with RP will never turn on him because of Glenn Beck - but those who listen to Beck may discover RP.

Look, after hearing that Debra Medina thing, i really hate Beck, but after viewing the website, I will never in a million years support that bull S***.... Its all media matter politically correct bleeding heart liberal PC BS and I will never support it. Just because you hate Beck, doesnt mean you have to make friends with the enemy of the enemy, because they too are the enemy, if that made any sense.

I think we have the better argument and that keeping opinions off the air is the wrong way to go.
yes, it is unfair that there is a monopoly of information sources in 'major media', however, the entire mindset that some views should not be heard is not one I want to encourage. My own point is just to not watch Beck. I can't make it to CPAC, but were I going, I would not go to his closing speech, to make a point, and hope the room is half empty.
However, I don't want to start a targeted campaign against his sponsors.

I looked up StopBeck.com mission statement and found:
"StopBeck.com is a nonpartisan effort focused on holding Glenn Beck accountable for preying on racial anxieties, employing vitriolic rhetoric and disseminating distortions. Our purpose is to urge sponsors to stop supporting Glenn Beck’s brand of hate with advertising dollars."
They are appealing to his ad sponsors to consider how Bunkster Beck might actually hurt the good will and good faith of their customer base. They are helping these companies enhance their commercial appeal by suggesting they might want to spend their money elsewhere.
If I were at CPAC, I would boycott his speech to protest outside at its entree. I would suggest to these who going in there that they might want to consider a standing back-turn, or even an arm-waiving walk-out, at whatever point Becks teeth and claws become as obvious as his liberty-lambskin clothing.

Yes, he's a shrill but he has awakened many Americans. You don't have to agree with everything but isn't it better that he starts people down the rabbit hole to come to their own conclusions then to ignore the rabbit hole all together?
Just my thoughts..

He's a good provider. He's humorous, he's funny. An excellent lover, attentive. Witty, intelligent... good with the kids. an amazing person to just hang out with... a good listener.
Sometimes though, he'll beat you to within an inch of your life.
Other than that, the guy is great!
See where this is going?
His negatives FAR outweigh his positives.

word-of-mouth disgust.
Beck has earned the flushing of his soiled opinions, not because he has hasn't occasionally said the right things about obviously big problems, but because he then uses the confidence that he's gained to crap all over Liberty patriots like Ron Paul and Debra Medina in favor of every tea-o-con toady for tyranny.
"You don't have to agree with everything but isn't it better that he starts people down the rabbit hole to come to their own conclusions then to ignore the rabbit hole all together?"
Beck and OhReally have been positioned to redefine "the rabbit hole" in "blue pill" terms. Their pimps send them out to seduce, not enlighten.

Glenn,
I'm listening to you express both dread of and belief in the coming economic and political apocalypse. You want us to be prepared with food, water, real money, and principles.
Voting has already begun in the Texas governor's race. Is it irrelevant who is elected? Will they be brushed aside by the torrent of cataclysmic events? Or is there a chance that it does matter?
Who is likeliest to refuse to assist in the complete federalization of America? Who would least incline toward the progressive agenda? Who can best counsel Texas citizens on preparing themselves?
Do you support staying home and not voting? What good would that do? One of the three Republicans will be nominated and likely become governor. Which one is best for the coming very hard times?
I listen to Beck often...
