Insider: Republican Dirty Tricks Machine Targeting Grass Roots Constitutionalists

Paul Joseph Watson | PrisonPlanet.com

A prominent insider has told Infowars that Texas Governor Rick Perry and other establishment neo-cons have decided to deliberately target grass roots constitutionalists with dirty tricks campaigns in an effort to derail and hijack the growing liberty movement whose influence is threatening to blow the Texas gubernatorial race wide open.

Our office was contacted by a national personality, a household name, who told us that they were in a green room at a national public event a few weeks ago with Rick Perry. The individual was shocked when Perry said directly that there were three people who ‘got under his skin’ and who ‘had to be dealt with’ immediately.

One – Debra Medina, two – Alex Jones, and three – Ron Paul.

Perry told the individual that these three people had to be targeted and stopped in order for the Republican establishment to shut down any real voices of opposition that were threatening to have an influence on the Tea Party movement, which has been blatantly hijacked by the neo-cons in recent months.

Perry made it clear that these individuals and their supporters were the number one target of the neo-con hierarchy because the grass roots was threatening to regain control of the Tea Party movement that was first created by Ron Paul supporters back in 2007, but has since been hijacked by the Republicans.

The insider expressed their shock that Perry would be so open with his comments, suspecting that Perry must have considered the individual to be a fellow neo-con. The insider’s deep concern about what was said prompted them to contact our office.

Between this and the news that hypocrite Glenn Becks pride and joy, Sarah Palin, told We Are Change that she wanted a new 9/11 investigation in 2008, ( www.dailypaul.com/node/125775 ) the neo-con hijacking is unwinding!!

Alex Jones should dig a very

Alex Jones should dig a very deep hole and jump in.

Sigh...demagogue Alex, partiot Alex

Alex Jones is no "under the skin" threat to Perry. That has to be the biggest pile of bullshit I've heard, and I've heard some good ones.

Alex Jones has almost no credibility exactly because of his "all star wrestling" approach to political conspiracy demagoguery, which amounts to blaming all, not some, ALL of societies ills on the international "New World Order" and "foreign offshore banks".

If he would simply not worry so much about his own EGO, his over-inflated self-serving reputation, his constant puffery "I'm so brave, *wipes the tear*", and his uneven economic views that conflict sharply with Ludwig von Mises as well as his guests like Webster Tarpley who have views that contrast with Mises sharply...he might start to be "under the skin" of the Texas POS governor.

If Alex Jones would simply go back to his John Birch Society-like roots and stop thinking so highly of himself, he would get to the next level, which I very much want him too, btw, don't misunderstand. It's very easy to see why people would think that Alex is co-intel pro.

Alex Jones isn't co-intel pro, he simply is not effective at bringing his "message" to the "masses". Unless he checks his ego and ends the drama queen babbling bullshit post-haste...nobody in their right mind will ever take Alex Jones seriously.

The idea that the GOP has

The idea that the GOP has succeeded in hijacking the Tea Party Movement is wishful thinking on their part. They are false leadership. I don't see anyone following them. Let them waste their money!

The Tea Party Movement didn't materialize as a reaction to Obama and the Democrats. It came out of the Ron Paul campaign. The Ron Paul Campaign, and the Tea Parties from the very beginning have opposed the Federal Reserve, the Patriot Act, undeclared wars around the globe, the erosion of the Bill of Rights to supposedly "fight terrorism", torture, the bail outs, the phony "War on Drugs", and many other issues that are prominent parts of the NeoCon, Establishment Republican agenda. Why would Tea Party people suddenly flock to the GOP?

The GOP is just as guilty as the Democrat Party as far as swindling us through inflation and bailing out their friends, and undermining our freedoms, and selling us out to the globalists. I don't see the GOP taking over the Tea Party Movement. They can hire shills to wave signs calling for a "balanced budget amendment", or "term limits", or some other ridiculous effort. But the GOP WILL NOT call for Constitutional government, and that's what separates them from us.

I think you missed the point.

Who said the GOP has "succeed in high-jacking the Tea Party movement?" The article mentioned how...

"...neo-cons have decided to deliberately target grass roots constitutionalists with dirty tricks campaigns in an effort to derail and hijack the growing liberty movement..."

In other words they're trying ...and in my opinion they're having tremendous success. Have you visited any other the various Tea Party sites that further propagandize the Neocon's interventionist foreign policy? There's way too many of them for my stomach to handle.

Many (formerly apathetic) folks are new to the Tea Party movement and as such are easily led by whichever brand (neocon vs. paleocon) of Tea is being pitched.

Oh, they'd never do that.

That would be unfair and manipulative -- too wacky to even contemplate. I think this qualifies as a conspiracy theory, which of course = untrue.

"Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it." -- Joseph Goebbels

What a joke

I would like to asume you are being sarcastic. Your post and footnote contradict.
Conspiracy theory is a copout. Anything that questions the establishment is a CP.
Stop being a parrot of the box and think for yourself.

Much higher in the food chain

That type of discussion has been happening for decades, at levels much higher than a state governor.

You saw the "targeting" on Glen Beck's show with Medina, and it happens every single day on MSM.

They're doing everything they can to destroy liberty. Ron Paul's movement is making them nervous. Ron has spawned probably hundreds of liberty candidates and future ones. We're probably only aware of 1% at the DP.

"It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a rEVOLution before tomorrow morning." - Henry Ford

I wish this site had less conspiracies

The reality is that the Glen Becks on the MSN marginalize very effectively our freedom movement, when we are associated with Alex Jones, David Icke, etc. Sometimes I laugh, because Alex Jones exposes Co-Intel Pro and he perfectly fit the description of a Co-Intel Pro.

In my oppinion, we don't know exactly what happened in 9/11. Probably the truth is burried somewhere in a vault in Washington DC, but most american run away from you if you start talking about 9/11 conspiracies. Following this logic, why will you think Alex Jones is good for the political aspect of the freedom movement?

83% of Americans believe 911

83% of Americans believe 911 should be investigated independenantly.

Crunchy I posted the

Crunchy I posted the following in response to a post by phatphing: Without patriots like Alex Jones we would not have much of a voice at all. The MSM tries to limit the debates by smearing anyone questioning the actions of our government. Asking questions and voicing opinions is what the First Amendment is all about. If we do not exercise our First Amendment Rights we will lose them. There are no stupid questions, only stupid answers. We cannot allow the MSM to restrict our rights by intimidation and propaganda. The folks that are under their influence is a liability to our liberty.

Yes you are correct

However, politically is not a smart move. You have to play their game, get in power and then open the pandora's box.

Look Rand Paul did the smart thing. He is accepting Sarah Palin's endorsment, because it will bring sheeple to him; yet she is there to divide us. The MSM is trying to bring infighting and mistrust of Rand Paul, because he is with a neo-con. Smart move; use this idiots to win and then dump them in the garbage.

My thoughts exactly

We'll take a Palin-bot vote all day long.

seriously! have you seen his t-shirts with soviet weapons on them?

Ventura 2012

I don't listen to A.J.'s much unless it is Ron Paul commentary..

But this seems likely. I'm not saying I believe it hook line and sinker, but it is something we should be aware of that is possible and likely.

Remember, the G.O.P. fucked the forerunner Patriot movement in the 90's and this past decade as well. I wouldn't be surprised they are hating on Paleo-Conservatives, Libertarians, and Constitutionalists.

Lou Dobbs

That's my guess as to who the prominent insider is.

That could be. See this: http://www.loudobbs.com/petitions/viewpetition;jsessionid=1D... ...Dobbs is becoming more like us.

why would they let Lou Dobbs

why would they let Lou Dobbs into a secret meeting like this?

Ventura 2012

First - it wasn't a secret meeting. It was probably a green room encounter in a TV studio somewhere or something. Secondly, Dobbs may be waking up which is why he quit his show, but for a long time he was part of the controlled opposition tactic to enforce the false right/left fear campaign. (And paid very well for it) So, it wouldn't be surprising if they ignored his presence.

Dobbs was my thought as well.

"In the beginning of a change the patriot is a scarce man, and brave, and hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot."--Mark Twain

Totally get it -

Alex Jones is a HUGE thorn in Neo-Con's sides - protesting at the White House, exposing/showing up at secret G-8 confrences, having Ron & Rand Paul on his show frequently...

Obama = O.ne B.ig A.ss M.istake A.merica

My BS alarm is going off

This article seemed like nothing more than a lame attempt to make Alex Jones seem more important and influential than he actually is.

"The individual was shocked when Perry said directly that there were three people who ‘got under his skin’ and who ‘had to be dealt with’ immediately.

One – Debra Medina, two – Alex Jones, and three – Ron Paul."

C'mon, I doubt like hell Rick Perry is even aware of Alex Jones' existence.

all three are texans...

all three are texans...

Ventura 2012

Your alarm is not far off base at all!

My sentiments exactly! Placing the internet money maker, Mr. Jones, on a par with Ron Paul first of all, is far fetched, and nearly the same could be said of Medina, who has reached nearly household recognition in Texas.

That Mr. Jones is loud and in peoples face with his antics and a certain amount of truth, there is no doubt. But, that Gov. Perry would name him in the same sentence is questionable.

Further, it is time this Alex Jones becomes 'up-front' with truth and principles, stops playing coy with the 'big name' persons who are always giving him secret but 'perfectly truthful' information, and tell it like it is! He might be right, but told this way, it is flamboyant over-acting, rather than believable, a track record he has cultivated considerably over the last few years.

No patriot electorate should be falling for hearsay. Stick with the truth, the tried and true, the demonstrable, that which can be sourced.

Reveal the source or quit using trite phrases which have begun to take on the meaning of either dis-information or wishful thinking. Time to stop already with the horn blowing.

If you wish to save a nation use truth and do not play with the lives and dreams of patriot Americans. Any less and one might think you have ulterior pecuniary motives at heart, rather than dying for liberty!

Ya know, I have friends who can't stand Alex Jones ...

Of course, they just loved Glenn Beck ... lapped him up for months. I warned them about him (even before he showed his hand, I knew that anyone who was being paid by Murdock was a snake in the grass getting ready to pounce).

These days, they know the truth about Beck and at least keep their mouths shut about Alex Jones. If they don't follow Jones, it's their loss.

Frankly, Alex has put the whole NWO thing together and puts his life on the line to expose it ... more so than Ron Paul does. Of course, I understand why Paul won't do more ... he'd be hooted out of congress.

Your bs alarm is on the fritz. Alex Jones is a brave man and a patriot. When you do a tenth of what he does, I'll accept your criticism. Final word: Alex Jones doesn't lie. If he says he received a warning, I believe him.

Tiggers 'pounce'. snakes,

Tiggers 'pounce'. snakes, 'strike', or slink away.......

P.S. I'm a tigger

AJ is very influential. And

AJ is very influential. And he is right in the heart of Texas and can mobilize his supporters locally. Of course he is on Perry's radar.

your bs alarm

is broken beyond repair.

might as well smash yourself in the head with a heavy object to finish it off...

Your BS alarm is malfunctioning.....

Rick Perry is definitely aware of AJ.
At least Alex Jones has the balls to call
these people out.
I don't always agree with his presentation
but it is a fight that he has decided to take
on and he has opened the eyes of many.
Cheers Alex!

Of course he knows who Alex Jones is.

You are in denial about Alex Jones influence. It doesn't matter if we all like his style or method of approach. He gets the word out and MOTIVATES people. He also has an extremely impressive track record of interviewing famous people on a regular basis, including Ron Paul and Debra Medina. He gives them airtime. Perry would be an idiot to underestimate the power of Alex Jones.

Trans Texas Corridor

I am suprised Perry has not offed Alex yet.

I have the power to do grassroots

Even without the Internet,Every customer that comes into my shop gets educated about Ron Paul and the freedom movement,I even pump salesmen on the phone,They call to sell me and I end up selling them!It is great fun!
Edit:And now included is Debra Medina and Jake Towne.
And my new friend Robert Healey in RI.

If I disappear from a discussion please forgive me. My 24-7 business requires me to split mid-sentence to serve them. I am not ducking out, I will be back later to catch up.
