My simple view on Beck/Media-Figures
You get "ONCE CHANCE" that's it.
Media Figures need to be held at excruciatingly high standards -- they are never beyond reproach/flogging/firing.
This is the one area where absolutism is important. Of course I'm not talking about minor slips of phrase -- I'm talking about when they burn their base (like Beck did with RP in 2008).
One Chance because what they say and do effects our subconscious mind -- Television and Video have a direct feed into our subconsciousness. You can't just let anyone in there -- especially not a deceptive, anti-individualist, lying "Judas Goat"

I endured the pain of watching this....
and I think it shows that he is getting LOTS of HEAT from the 912 movement and the Tea Party people. This is good news. When he got his marching orders to promote Perry, I'm not sure he quite understood what he was getting into and he literally stepped in the cow paddys crossing the field.
He has LOST the trust of a HUGE portion of his former supporters and this will affect his contract. Good to see that the backlash has been so huge.
