Voting Fraud in Texas?

Anyone know if Texas will be using Diebold/Premier Election Solutions machines? (there is also another company whose name escapes me). If so, Bev Harris (who is featured in the documentary Hacking Democracy) should be contacted. Her website is http://www.blackboxvoting.org/
All our work could be for nothing if this issue isn't addressed.

from this link, dated 2008, unless things have really changed, that about 1/2 of Texas uses paper ballots only, another quarter of the counties use mixed paper ballots and DRE's and the last 1/4 uses DRE's only:

But I have read that blackboxvoting is a 'scam' to make people think that something is being done, but nothing ever actually gets done by them.

I wish it is not true. But I believe that some organizations use front groups working for them to debunk or use distractions to play with peoples heads that they know would never support them in the first place. Kind of a sick game.
