Agree or not...you cannot ignore him now
How many people out there die alone, broke, broken, hungry, homeless and we will never hear their story.
Whether we agree with what this guy did or not....how many are dying behind the scenes...you know, the ones that just give up?
Or are too sick to fight?
Maybe if we started to realize how many were actually being destroyed, we would all immediately give 110% to changing our nation's direction.
Joe chose his path and has given us one more view, one more chance to make the right decisions.
We still have the chance to choose ours and if we want peace then "we need to choose it and live it".
Everyday is a new call to action. No one can say they were never called.
I read the same!
A friend of mine who knew a friend of his who played with him in a band once in Austin said He was a HUGE Glenn Beck fan. He went on sto say Beck inspired him to rise against 'big brother'
I just hope this event is not used as an excuse to demonize the last vestige of rationality: the liberty movement
I like this post: lost of interesting link that kinda weave a web of gems together, it created for me a new understanding: http://www.dailypaul.com/node/126053
Where liberty dwells, there is my country. ~Benjamin Franklin
so,,,,, this is all glenn
so,,,,, this is all glenn beck's fault?
great conclusion! (lol?)

I heard that it was the Glenn
I heard that it was the Glenn Beck show that drove him to do this...
hahahahahahaha
Thanks for the afternoon laugh

Pushed to the brink?
FED up? or something else... what's the MSM's next spin move with this one?
My thoughts:
http://www.dailypaul.com/node/126053
We have all faced the same things
There is nothing seclusive to this man that hasn't been done to the rest of average citizens..
I'm not about to take my life over anything they commit against me..
Joe should have talked it out..There is nothing new ..
Joe
needed to find his "Higher Power", to Whom he could have given his burden. Without a "Higher Power", there is no Faith and a lack of Hope.

really, you've been harrassed
really, you've been harrassed by the IRS for years?
I've seen people go through this, it can change you drasticaly if you buy into "the system" of credit and debts, this is absolutely DEVISTATING.
besides, this wasn't suicide, this was a statement.

What about the man he killed and HIS family?
What about the man he killed and HIS family?
The wife and daughter left the night before and went to a hotel to get away from this man. There is more to this mans breakdown than being angry with the IRS and this is not an act of heroism in any way..it is the act of an angry, desperate, suicidal person that had no regard for the taking of others lives. He killed another man and he could have killed many more with this desperate act.
I ask those that are seeing this man as some kind of heroic figure to think more carefully. There was a man killed..they have not released the details but there was a victim in the building.
What about the man he killed and HIS family?
Do you not think about the fact that he killed another human being? He took away another mans life.. someones husband, father, brother, friend?! I see no one here acknowledging this! What if the person he killed was someone YOU knew and loved?!! Would you still be making this man into a hero? What if there had been more killed by this man's actions? !!!
I am sorry Mr. Stack felt that this was the only way to fight back and make a statement. I'm sorry for the troubles in his life that drove him to it. MANY people have had similar troubles and worse! That he chose to end his life the way he did without regard for killing and injuring others is not an act I would consider heroic in any way.
I've had problems in my past with the IRS that were VERY costly and made me angry too! That does not mean I am willing to condone or hold up the desperate action he decided to take without regard for others lives.
That being said...I do hope everyone here realizes the FBI has already shut down sites that are condoning this mans actions and some of the remarks on this forum will probably be used by MSM to further smear the Liberty movement.

Yes,
this is not a heroic act of any kind... Maybe I'm jaded/paranoid, but this thing stinks... knowatamean?

"...I do hope everyone here realizes the FBI has already shut down sites that are condoning this mans actions and some of the remarks on this forum will probably be used by MSM to further smear the Liberty movement."
things being said here are simply a representative of individual's thoughts, if we are to repress those or punish people for their thoughts, or for expressing their thoughts then this web site is usless and has no substance.
the FBI simply took down one site in an attempt to control "evidence" for an investigation (unless you want to take the paranoid path that it was to suppress the situation)
since we are doing nothing illegal here and we are not comprimising the investigation at all, to stop discussing the topic due to fear of a collection of letters is extremely counter to the liberty movement.
besides, what credability does a random post on a website such as this really lend, the "blogs" have already been heavily hammered as unrelyable by the MSM, the likely hood of them utilizing this as an example is very remote.
here's what faux news has to say:
A "cowardly, criminal" act ... or domestic terrorism?

is that the line you want to tow?

yes, he killed an IRS officer, I personaly think the message would have been better if he had done it with out killiing anyone else, this type of violence is never called for.
"Vernon Hunter and his wife both worked as revenue officers for the Internal Revenue Service in the building struck by a plane that morning"

at the same time, do you feel bad for a nazi offical when he is killed while on duty, do you feel bad for his wife if she also wears SS on her shirt?
are we going to split hairs over what the IRS is?

Just a thought
A mostly glass building with a glass shop workman close by, X marine..A firetruck & hazmat unit near by also..within 5 minutes..
That is one lucky IRS building.
I am not promoting a conspiracy just thinking for future reference..

I found the "official" response yesterday astounding
Usually, they don't miss a chance to give us the old "booga booga" but yesterday they were busy saying "No worries. Isolated incident. Could never happen again..."
I would be delighted to see a little note on every flier and sign every liberty lover makes from now on... "4Joe."
They tried to make "Joe the Plumber" a national icon, I say this Joe is a much better representative of "the average American."

???????????
If this guy was so broke, where did he come up with money and time to go to flight school?
Where did he have enough money to buy or rent a plane?
Will the IRS look at the reasons why they were attacked?
Will the IRS change their ways to prevent others from doing this?

He was not always broke.
I am now broke. I once made $70K a year. Then I had a medical industry induced health care problem. It cleaned out my savings, but I still have the trappings of my earlier life including a big sailboat.

Something stinks about this story...
I just don't see a man being so rational in thought all of a sudden turn to violence, write an 8 page pdf about his life story (with hyperlinks), burn his house down and then, of all things to do fly a plane into a building.
Also the timing and location are very politically expedient...
something is just not right...
will we ever know the real story? no, AND THAT is the smoking gun. Let's see what emerges, or will this story be dismissed before there are any incontrovertable answers...?

I think we should be on the look out for some chaoss around april...
what do you all think?
One of two things
Either he was on SSRIs (this time, I actually do NOT suspect they were involved) or he was smarter than you.
I am sorry, but there are some of us who know how intelligent we are, we have always stood out in class, at work, whatever we do. We are looking around at "the liberty movement" and realizing we are screwed. You note he says there are NO politicians working for us, he made no exceptions and he lives in Texas...
Truth exists, and it deserves to be cherished.
I'll just throw this out there too..
What self respecting engineer wouldn't use remote control for this operation anyway?
political martyr doesn't
political martyr doesn't realy work too well with a remote controlled plane.
