Engineer Werner Simbeck reads the press release of the 'Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth' announcing that 1,000 members have signed the petition demanding a new, independent investigation into the events of 9/11. The announcement was made concurrently in 19 states + Washington DC, 3 continents, 6 countries, 38 cities and 48 locations around the world on February 19, 2009.

For those who may be interested.......
On Jim Fetzer's youtube page there is footage of an excellent presentation he did in late '09 in Seattle.
I realize some think Fetzer is off base with his assertion that video fakery may have been involved. If you are he only touches on that briefly. It's a nice compendium on many key facts showing the official story is bogus. It's also very recent.
There is also the mini-documentary "9/11 Pentagon Reality Check." Also good stuff.

It is evident from perusing Daily Paul that some of us are truthers and some of us aren't. In the spirit of Patton's quote we are just thinking. Ron Paul asked us in his CPAC speech to be tolerant of each others views.

To question the motives of Legalizeliberty (a member for over 2 years) is NOT going to win you any friends here. He is simply posting a news release that has been posted in many different venues over the past few weeks. 9/11 is a topic that is discussed here and it has been argued ad nauseum as to whether it should..... and the final decision always rests with the site owner. Calm down and take a break friend.

perhaps once every 2 months I post some important 9/11 topic but I am not pushing 9/11 issues here on daily paul - I am pushing all kinds of issues that relate to the rEVOLution and raising money for Liberty candidates and Oath Keepers has been my main objective the last few months.

and i would love to add that the reason some people in my texas family wont vote for medina is because, and i quote-" she can't even figure out who did 9-11" and of course i then sent the video of medina signing glenn becks 912 agreement- point is, as long as the lie stands, people will not vote for those that question the "official" story...

This is relevent news to the liberty movement and even to RP.
Even if his reasons may be different than those petitioning, he does support a new investigation.

But at the beginning when he says they want new investigation into the destruction of the three WTC skyscrapers, are they limiting the request for investigation to just that area?
Whether or not their focus has been on the twin towers and bldg 7, I'd hope if there is going to be investigation that it would be thorough, complete investigation, as there are numerous problems beyond the WTC.
