Tea Party activists must support moderate Republicans or risk seeing liberals elected instead, Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) warned today.
Speaking to constituents at a town hall, Hatch warned Tea Partiers not to split the Republican Party.
"If we fractionalize the Republican Party, we are going to see more liberals elected," Hatch said, according to the Salt Lake City Tribune.

Is there not a constitutional Democrat in the entire U.S.? I am waiting for one to announce and then they can see the power of the tea party in action... If you want to get a rise out of the GOP a Debra Medina style democrat would really shake things up against an establishment neocon. How long will it take them to realize that they must yeild power back to the people before we can support any more of the status quo, but will they ever comprimize is the question? One thing we can assure them is we will not yeild to another criminal, so they should get to work supporting new faces in the mix.
