it isnt that, the guy is a truther of all things, lol. There are others like him that I can think of, notable Lionel Robbins(an Austrian economist) who joined the Keynesians in the 30s. I think some of PCR's socialist conclusions come from his lack of expertise in the area of monetary policy.

your welcome. Paul Craig Roberts interests me because he is becoming a sort of soft socialist in his old age. This is a guy who was the father of Reaganomics and a top supply sider. I'm always intrigued by people that change sides, because it shows an open mind.
