MY APOLOGY AND PLEDGE TO THE DP, RON PAUL SUPPORTERS, & AMERICAN PEOPLE
I want to make a sincere apology to all of you. I am a huge Ron Paul supporter and have been for a few years. I donated to his campaign, the blimp, etc., knocked on doors, hung signs, & supported him every way I could during his run for President. I am ashamed to admit that when it all came down I fell victim to listening to the polls and people saying he couldn't win so after all the money and work I put into his campaign, I didn't even go vote when the time came. Not that my one vote would have made the difference but I have regretted that decision ever since because I wonder how many others did the same thing. I am pledging now that I will most definitely cast my vote for Debra Medina no matter what as I will for Ron Paul should he decide to run again in 2012. I will never again be deterred by polls or feelings of defeat. I hope many of you will do the same.

Point of fact, your vote DOESN'T mean anything in the POTUS election. The electoral college decides that. Your vote for Medina actually DOES something. You picked your battles right.

You must vote! if you would have voted for Chuck Baldwin, you would have sent a message that you are an intelligent person who is not owned by the elite who threw the election. It is a protest vote. By doing this you send a message to the one world government crowd that you are not a slave. Even tho it would have been only 1 more vote it still tells a story! It reminds me of the idiots who wanted to vote for Kennedy in Massachusetts but instead voted for Brown because he could "win".. look what it got them! It would be interesting to know how many folks did what you did.

For Ron Paul, and voting against both controlled political parties. Same feeling I get when I vote against the FED every time I exchange worthless federal reserve notes for an ounce of silver or gold. It is a vote against the system. It lets the crooks know that they do not own me!

That is quite an admission. I could feel that happening back then and it was very disheartening and I can feel some of that mess now with Medina. But thanks for growing up. Better late than never.
I don't think
you owe anyone an apology. It's very easy, and may I say human, to become disillusioned and and feel like voting is a waste of time and effort. I hadn't voted myself, at least not in any presidential elections, since 1992 until I voted third party in 2008. Forgive yourself and move on: it's not that big of a deal.

I voted for Chuck Baldwin because Dr.Paul endorsed him and a vote for Chuck was a vote for Paul's message.
I like Chuck he represents the Constitution and is on the same wave length with Dr.Paul in many ways.
The only thing is the abortion issue. I am not sure if Chuck would like to see that being a States' decision or would he favor a 'federal' law against abortion. But other than that they are similar.
I am glad to hear you resolved listening to yourself and only yourself next time despite what anyone says.
These collectivists/socialists play on people's fears and try to get us to take action 'against' ourselves.
Who out there at the time running for president came the closest to standing with the rule of law? It was Dr.Paul and Rev.Baldwin. They were the only two with that message.
And this time around for 2012, more and more people have come on board and are much more knowledgeable about their Rights and sovereignty and how those things ARE SIMPLY NOT NEGOTIABLE with any elected candidate or elected official.

In Maryland, Ron Paul was not even on the ballot. I wrote him in. I had grown tired of compromising, of voting for people who "mostly" supported the positions I felt to be important. I believe the liberty movement is full of people like me and that is exactly why we are gaining momentum.
This may be the only time in our lives that a vote for someone like Ron Paul or Debra Medina may actually count for something...our voices are beginning to be heard, and who knows, some of the liberty candidates may win.
