Perry the TTC and Louisiana

The TTC is directly related to the planning of the Baton Rouge Loop, it will wind from Texas throughout Louisiana. This is a huge land grab that will take place in several states. They will take your land, tax you to build it, then charge you to use it. How many other states have a stake in the NAFTA Highway?

So many other states depend on Perry and Hutchinson losing the Texas election. If not, we stand to lose in surrounding states too.
