Just my opinion, but I don't care how we get there, I just want to win!!!!!!!!!!

That is all. I live my life and conduct my business in a very honest, and truthful manner. I get screwed over alot by doing this. It costs me money all the time doing things in an honest way. The world is so ass backwards now that honesty actually causes more problems then BS does. I know my honesty and principled business ethics will never sink me because they are manageable, I am on a small scale. What I am saying is we are dealing politically on a worldy level, with thousands of players in the game. In my business, if I lie or cheat, somebody loses money, that to me is unacceptable. I will not trade my principles for the mighty dollar.
There is a big difference in my opinion when it comes to liberty and our freedom. If we play a little dirty, the only ones that get hurt will be the people trying to hurt us. If I knew for a fact a certain person was going to deliberately destroy me, I would set my values aside and try to get them before they got me. I would say all bets are off.
I see that as the situation we are in now. We can still uphold our values and principles and get playing on an even playing field and play the game by their rules because in the end it is for good. Our intentions are not of evil gain. That is the key difference, is what you are hoping for as the intended outcome. It is the result of your actions that dictate whether or not you are making principled actions, not the actions themselves.
Our intentions are for freedom, liberty, and taking our country back. Our actions may not always be principled, but our desired outcome is for the greater good. There was a time when during war, we fought in columns, a row would get shot down only to expose a row behind them. A few men thought it might be better if they got out of those columns and hid behind a tree in the woods and they lived longer to fight on, probably the first example in America of Guerilla warfare. I believe that was during the Civil War. What these men did was not the principled and standard way to fight, but they knew it was a better way to fight and it would result in freedom.
We need to step outside of our column thinking and rigidness if we want to win this battle. Don't always hold our liberty candidates feet to the fire based on their actions at that particular moment, base it on what their intentions are for the future. They are new to this thing called politics too, and they are bound to stumble from time to time. Praise them for having the courage to take on this monster, and let them make their moves the way they feel it will help them. We are going to scrutinize ourselves right into slavery.
In my opinion, it is time for a little guerilla warfare because I have no problem playing dirty with people who are trying to take over my country, your country, and mine and your freedoms. That to me tells me it is no holds barred and lets go out and roll in the mud because I will do whatever it takes to win this thing, as long as we don't bring harm to innocent bystanders. I say it is game on for freedom. Loosen up everyone, we are fighting for the freedom of all of mankind, you can be damn sure it is gonna get a little muddy and we better be ready to bring it!!!!

Win? What do you want to win?

If "our" candidates win, then turn their backs on our issues, what did you win? Ronald Reagan did just that, and both social issues and downsizing of government went out the window. We ended the Reagan years, in many ways, worse off than when we began. You want that?

Back to the old "lesser of two evils" argument. Good luck with that.

Keep our eyes on the prize!

Great post tog! This is not the time to be shortsighted or feint of heart! We have some great candidates to get into office and we need to be on top of our game!

A true civil Revolution might help...

Are you game?

Sad but true

I think you are right, the only way this is going to work is to go back to what it was 100 years ago or more.

If I disappear from a discussion please forgive me. My 24-7 business requires me to split mid-sentence to serve them. I am not ducking out, I will be back later to catch up.

Are you

advocating using common sense? You mean actually trying to get our people in office instead of shooting ourselves in the foot?

My goodness what crazy talk :)

I'm with you though.

for the laugh, O'Dell.

Tog, I get what you're saying. I could expound, but choose not to at this time. Suffice it to say that I rolled in the mud today.

A hug to you and other Freedom lovers everywhere. Never give up!
