What moral solutions?

The way to fix the problems of diseases spreading this way is to start cleaning up the world. Start building sewage systems, hospitals, roads, homes, schools and such instead of making bomb after bomb with the technology to drop them. These diseases are created because people are pissing on the street and shitting in the bush with flies attracting to it, landing on it, eating it then fly of to find you, land on you and drink your blood with the same straw. Why can’t we implement something like the Venus Project instead of wasting all our energy on making enemies? Why do we waste so much energy on warfare when we could just as well be making friends by giving a clean home?
