Paper or Electronic Voting for TX Governor's Race?

Does anyone know what is being used? We all have heard of the electronic voting machines susceptibility to being tampered with. |

In my own county
We hand count the ballots both Dems and Repubs together and I do know a Medina supporter who is also on the comittee but we are a small county and I think that the more larger counties use voting machines. The only way it would be fair as if there were all three candidates supporters counting the ballots which Im not sure that would be the case in other counties.
