the sermon on the mount was not written for the Gentile times..However the principles still apply..
Christ came first calling the Jew to set up His kingdom on Earth ..These ser. on mt. principles WILL be obeyed during Christ's 1000 year reign on Earth..They are not His structure for TODAY ,while We wait on His Grace period to finish..Christ now rules His kingdom with His Spirit being present within a believers life & central heart..He has implanted Himself , if you will, within the heart of men who believe..Only God can defeat sin & sin nature..Yes either satan has to destroy Christ's Bride or Christ has to redeem His engaged people to avoid totally, their demise ..There is a mystery , which some scholars refute ..But there is no other way ..Christ will redeem what is HIS..He will not lose one that the Father has given Him..We no longer live by law which includes the future, Ser. on The Mt., but by faith in the work HE has done..Christ's Spirit rules..Satan is the prince of the air, on Earth..He wants to be prince of Heaven ..Too bad ..That title is spoken for.

Devon... I have not posted on "dailypaul" for quite some time. I seem to remember thinking you were a troll back in those days. If you are the same person, I must say I have changed my mind. Not that you have changed, but maybe I have. My apologies.

When I first stopped just lurking on the DP and started posting here one of the reasons was because there was another Devon registered here that drove me nuts.
So if it was a few years ago, it may have been that.
I used to catch hell because of the confusion.

believe that we can change the world? I am reading through your sarcasm. (I don't necessarily believe sarcasm is a bad thing). What a wonderful thing, to believe that we can change the world. I believe that with all my heart, although I believe it because I am a Christian. Nice, it is good to have you for a fellow patriot.
That wasn't sarcasm at all.
Each of us makes our day every day we wake up and go out into the world.
A lot of us let others make our day for us.
If more of us made our day, we would alter reality... from what we are programmed to have it, to what we want it to be.
This is not rocket science.. hell, they measure it.
Can you honestly tell me that the consumer price index does not change reality?
And what is that.. a bunch of people who think a certain way, so they make their reality.
So just start making your own... after all, your reality can be something a lot better that what most people make it.
Get enough of us together and it can change EVERYONE's reality.
