Detroint News - Independents & Dems could cross to vote GOP... no mention of RP

The whole article goes on about how there is no real democratic primary here in Michigan. Then it goes on about how they can cross to vote for GOP, and makes no mention that Ron Paul, the only anti-war candidate running here, can pick up a lot of Democrats.
Instead they focus on MCCAIN!!! and mention Guilliani. Such crap.

It´s even worse than crap, because in their own wicked way they DO mention RP - right in the sub-headline: "Dems also could cross over, vote in primary for Republican they think is the weakest candidate."
They´re allready laying the groundwork to dismiss a great RP-showing as being due to him beeing the "weakest" candidate. That´s not only crap, that´s a big steaming pile of bulls..t!

I think the mistake is in failing to recognize that turnout for primaries... even exciting primaries... tends to be small compared with general elections.
