I just confronted the Secret Police

Just about an hour ago I confronted an operative for the local police who spies on it's customers without cause, warrant or notification.

While delivering a gift to a business associate I noticed a Bright House Networks service van. I waited for the technician to walk out so I could inquire about "Operation Bright Eyes" a program that merges the state with the Bright House Cable Corporation.

After a bit of small talk about the fine weather we are having today. Done on my part to relax the Bright House Network spy. I asked him what he could tell me about Operation Bright Eyes. He was clearly caught off guard by the question. But recovered quickly as I maintained an open inviting smile and friendly posture. He told me with great pride that he had reported four customers in 2010 already.

I then let my true feelings known by telling him what he was doing was wrong and un-American. He immediately retorted that he was a veteran and American Patriot. This backfired on him as I am a veteran and let him have it for violating his sworn oath to The Constitution. (Fourth Amendment violations) His bravado began to fade as I told him he was violating his oath.

He then immediately went into the defense that he must report it if someone is abusing children and how making the community safe he was doing something good. This of course is always the excuse of tyrants. After some questioning he admitted he was turning people in for what he called "animal abuse" and domestic violence. When I inquired the the definition of "domestic violence" he said and argument between husband and wife would qualify.

For those of us old enough to remember the Soviet Union they always bragged about their low crime rate and how Moscow was safer than Washington D. C.

This is were I told him he was on the wrong side of history and how what he is involved in was done in East Germany, by the Communist and the Fascist. I told him to read history. He was not happy with me.

He walked back inside the building,I waited for him to come back out. When he walked through the door and saw me he said with much less bravado, "I am just doing my job. I did not start the program." I explained to him that this defense was attempted by the NAZI's at Nuremberg and was not successful.

As he walked back to his van he seemed very sheepish and much less confident in his spying activities saying to me, "You have given me something to think about.

He does not know it but he got off easy. Because to me he was literally the embodiment of an evil, tyrannical anti-American system.

I first learned about OPERATION BRIGHT EYES when I read an article about Bright House cable technicians attending "training" from the Brownsburg, Indiana Police Department.This was about two years ago.

These technicians are encouraged to report customers and are praised when they do and admonished if they do not. They are told it is an American Value to spy on their neighbors and customers. Always telling them they are there to make America safer. Using the excuse of "Safety" to justify their nefarious activities.

Exactly when have you every read a story about a cable guy installing cable and preventing/stopping a major felony in progress? AKA The "keeping us safe theory" of spying. I Googled "cable guy stops crime" "0" responses under "web" and "news." By the way most state laws allow any citizen to intervene and make a citizens arrest when confronted with a felony IN ACTION. This is NOT what these technicians are trained to do they are trained to create civil and criminal cases against PAID CUSTOMERS.

These Constitutional violators are coming into your home and without your consent are SEARCHING IT. They then will become CI's or Confidential Informants in any criminal or civil case against you. Yes civil as well as criminal.

By using a CI the prosecutor can obtain a search warrant on their testimony. The CI may be known to you in court and testify or his/her identity may never be revealed. Remember they are a "Confidential' Informant. Truly SECRET POLICE.

Anyone who reads history and has an understanding of when, where, and how this type of citizen spying on citizen know it for the evil it is.

I have read JOCEAN's comments they are largely false and designed to obfuscate the truth. Her intention here are not sincere.
