The message is about freedom of choice... I would suggest that this would be a great opportunity for interested Ron Paul supporters to show support, educate others, and "gasp" enjoy themselves too.
My wife and I are planning to fly up from San Diego for the festivities. I expect it will be a most interesting scene.

We Offer the Freedom Alternative
In Watching Dr. Paul's Iowa Speech yesterday he said what he believes. That may scare some individuals, but I think by explaining to those with whom we come in contact, his philosophy of freedom really will allow them to live their lives as they best see fit.
I thought his lines toward the end where he stated he didn't want to DO things for us, but rather guarantee we have the freedom to do for ourselves (paraphrased) were especially important.
I mentioned this "gathering of the tribes" because it will draw a huge spectrum of humanity. I think the freedom message will hit home, especially as many attendees are now more "seasoned". Anyone growing up through the 60's and 70's knows we are far less free today than we were then. I hope we can really hit a chord (sorry couldn't resist) Just a few weeks away but a great opportunity.

Agreed, these are a bunch of "Ron Paul Democrats"!
And, like the term "Reagan Democrats," we need to start using the term"Ron Paul Democrats," since we've got some of the Democrats we'll be getting to vote for Ron Paul in the real primaries, already. That's part of how Ronald Reagan won back then, and it's part of how we will, too!
