Voting Fraud in Texas?

How do we KNOW that Perry received over 50% of Texans' support? Due to vote fraud and voting machines that are designed to be accessed for number adjustment, we have no way of knowing. At the election party, I heard that the last day of early voting was not counted due to vote fraud. I have contacted the campaign and am awaiting verification. And personally, I have a friend who voted on the first day of early voting only to have his wife discover on 3/2 that his vote had "disappeared". He was shown as never having voted. When one Medina vote is trashed, you know many more will have been given the same treatment. Regardless, I have composed an email to the Texas Secretary of State expressing my ire, awareness of vote shenanigans, and calling for the paper ballot.
What good is it to support Medina at another election or any other honest, non-establishment candidate? The fix will be in on that election too. Perhaps for the moment instead of sighing in resignation, we should make our thoughts clear on how we feel about the "tallying" of this election and to call for a return to the paper ballot. Let's write whomever we can think to write and at least let them know that the public is growing wiser and that we will not continue to accept lies.
The bottom line is in the future I will vote for Medina and any other Constitutionally-minded candidate, but I will not be a volunteer again for Medina or anyone else. I do not see the point in expending my effort and money in another "fixed" election. It was hard enough explaining this time around to my 9-year old daughter, who worked as hard and at times harder than mom, that we are doing all this work even though the chances are good there will be vote fraud. "Sorry honey, we are only allowed to have the candidates the powerbrokers want us to have".
And I'll tell you, it broke my heart to have to inform my daughter that Medina was unlikely to win due to fraud. My daughter was already aware of government/corporate "dishonesty" as a general awareness and on some specific issues. But I did not tell her until towards the end of the campaign about vote fraud. Up until that point, I chose to hold on to the hope that good would prevail and temporarily pretended that state level vote fraud does not exist. But I realized how devastated my daughter would be when Medina didn't win, so I began relaying information to my daughter about vote fraud.

There was an effort to do some exit polling
by an liberty group, but I don't know what happened to it and it was going to be spotty.
Do we have to go through the conventions to get voting changed. Vote counting should not be in the hands of the Democrats and Republicans anyway. We allow the fox to watch the chicken house and we don't even watch over the count. Ridiculous. We are begging to be scammed.
I thought when Dr. Paul had his problems that we would get this changed, but nope. We don't seem to be able to raise the level of outrage above a weak little squeek.
Conventions are way, way under promoted. Every voter should be required to go to the convention. The conventions were not even mentioned this time until two days before the primary.
Look I dont know what else to do.
Outside of out and out riot where we would all go up and destroy these machines I dont know what else we can do.And we have talked about this before on this site. Are will to go up to a voteing machine and destroy it are willing to go to jail for it. If not then I suggest you keep your mouth shut and let us try to do something about at the convention.

Ok, this is long and I was angry at the time I wrote it, but
this is how I saw things and felt the morning after the election. I was the Coordinator for my County and this is what I sent out to fellow supporters. In hind sight I should have been a little more sensitive to the "diversity" of the group, but oh well what's done is done.

This was an epic battle in the War against tyranny. Yesterday was an extremely hard, long day and this loss is absolutely heart-wrenching to those of us that don't know what else we could have done.
If you don't believe voting machine fraud played a part in the outcome of this election, you are either naive or ignorant. It's a known fact that elections can be rigged and to those I've talked to in the last few weeks, you know this was my biggest fear for this election.
You don't get nearly 2.5 times the turnout of the last Republican Gubernatorial primary and even top the last Republican Presidential primary and have Trick Perry get 51%. It's absolutely impossible. More than 1 out of 4 voters voting in the Republican primary this time, had NEVER voted in a Republican primary. These were people who finally found a candidate that was worth supporting and getting behind. Someone that understood their problems and felt their pain. These people did not come out in droves to put big government crooks back into office. Think.
As I worked the election in the small precinct of **** yesterday, I saw the people coming in and I'm telling you, you could tell who they were there for much of the time. Many of them made comments, or would say certain things that made it obvious they were there for Debra. We weren't allowed to say anything in that regard or show any bias one way or the other. In this precinct's last election, only 96 total people voted. 96! Yesterday, by the time I left at 6:30 (with still a half hour to go) well over 250 people had voted, nearly all voted in the Republican primary. At many times, all 5 voting machines were full. The people coming in there for the most part seemed to be hard working, sometimes downtrodden, everyday Joe's and Sally's fed up with the system. Many people don't understand how primaries work and were MAD that they had to choose one primary. They wanted to vote for the people, not the party. We must have had 50 people say, "Well I'm independent, I don't want to pick one". We had to explain to them that you must pick one because that's the way primaries work. We'd point them around the corner to look over the ballots and they would invariably come back and say Republican. It was obvious. Obvious.
The ridiculous Rasmussen poll that came out pegging Debra's support at 17% last week was to psychologically prepare the public for the planned outcome of this election. This is psychological warfare. Isn't it convenient that Rick Perry supposedly received 51% of the vote, avoiding an embarrassing runoff. Not once, even in these unscientific polls (that polled only Old Guard Republican primary voters - people that had voted 2, 3 or 4 times in Republican primaries) did Perry ever crack 50%.
I hope you went to your precinct conventions, became delegates to County, and got resolutions passed, specifically the Resolution for Open & Honest Elections. Until we return to paper ballots, hand counting and an observable secure chain of custody, we WILL continue to be the U.S.S.A. I'm not being overly dramatic either. Without fair elections, how are we any different than Communist or Fascist Dictatorships? In case you somehow missed it the first time, I'll include the video of the Congressional Testimony where a Diebold programmer swears under oath that he was asked to write and did write election rigging software for the 2000 Presidential election at the end of this email. You can also watch the Fox news report, showing how the machine does it. This is not a joke.
This is not over guys, not by a long shot. True freedom loving Americans must continue to stand tall and take their country back. They may have all the money in the world, friends in high places, and NO morals or sense of fairness, but we have the PEOPLE. Light will always dispel darkness and God is on the side of righteousness. I will not give up, that is what they want. If we all shrink from our duty and slink back into the shadows, the tyranny will continue unabated. We MUST stop it now, or our children will pay the ultimate price.
Delegates in the party will ultimately CONTROL the party and the outcomes of elections. Will it be us, or will you let it be them? We MUST attend our County or Senatorial District and State Conventions. We MUST inject the true will of the people back into the leadership. We MUST. Don't be part of the problem, be part of the solution. This machine is NOT insurmountable, but we MUST ban together and say we aren't gonna take this anymore. Please attend your County Convention. Please help get electronic voting banned! The Democrats are already behind getting the machines banned. IT CAN BE DONE! I will no longer waste time my time trying to convince those of you who will give up. Please let me know if you've thrown in the towel and I'll remove you from this mailing list.
On another note, did you hear that Chris Howe, a Medina campaign worker, got arrested in Wautaga yesterday? That's right. Arrested for holding a sign outside of the 100 foot markers. Watch this clip from the news:

Your question shouldn't be "Why didn't Chris just do as he was told and leave?" You should be asking "Where was his backup?" "Why didn't these other candidate's supporters stand with him?" "What has happened to the men and women of courage?" "Why does the average American stand for the tyranny of the police state?" I would have been proud to be arrested with Chris. You better buck the system now, or it'll buck you.

I just want to respond to the user who is angry at Texans.
First I want to say this that no one is more dissappointed in the outcome then "We Texans ".Personally I worked very hard for this campaign I made phone calls , went door to door , and even wrote articles for Debra. My county was one of those who placed Debra 2nd over KBH.... It was a rural area outside a big city . I dont know weather it had to do with voter fraud or not. But to go back now and demand a recount would not only be expensive but totally ridiculus...... Lets just say that we got a voter recount and they found nothing to be wrong with the original or worse they had cooked the books and we still couldnt find anything wrong with the original. It would make Debra look like a total sore loser and would probalbly be political suicide for her future. ... Now Perry still has yet to be nominated we still have a state conventions and I garuntee that if there is more Medina supporters then then Perry supporters we will take it as far as we can go. I also know of at least two counties with proposals for more voter transparency. Mine personally reads hand counted ballots at the voter box open to the public...... So before you start pointing the dirty end of the stick at us Texans {this is not just a problem with Texas} then ask yourself what are you doing about voter fraud. And are you willing to go to jail or worse for destroying a voter machine? So far I havnt seen YOU step up to the plate either.

Anyone who thought Debra Medina had ANY chance of winning a big job like governor of Texas is just plain deluded.
Jim and Ken Collier pointed out unequivocally in the 1980's that vote fraud is rampant in America. Has the grip of the fraudsters lessened in the intervening years?

And who can forget the debacle of the 2000 presidential election? Worse, the aftermath exposed deep wellsprings of election fraud even at the lowest levels of politics.
If they're stealing elections at the municipal level, what do you think is going on at the national level? Why do you suppose a candidate would spend $20 million for a job that pays $150k?
Here's another news flash: Voter News Service is one of the primary instruments of plunder used to beat Americans into submission (that and the Fed, of course). If you've never heard of VNS, or are unaware of it's role in American politics, do yourself a favor and bone up on it.
Sure, you can continue to vote, putting your mark of approval on an obviously corrupt system but, as someone else once pointed out, if voting made a difference, they wouldn't let us do it.
Are Texas precincts really that homogenous across the state?
Someone below asks why Medina didn't win Wharton County. Well, did she win ANY county? Did she even show more than 20% in any precinct? I've watched a good number of election results roll in over the years, and I noticed something quite odd about this one. I hit the state results page at 7:00pm. Early votes were posted first. Perry@50%, Medina@30%, Hutchinson@20%. Then more early votes were posted showing Perry remaining @50%, and the others switching places, Hutchinson@30% and Medina@20%. I left for an hour and returned to find the precinct percentage count in the teens. Perry had scooted up to 52%, Medina down to 18%, and Hutchinson remaining at 30%. I watched all night long, and what seemed quite odd to me was that this vote distribution ratio among the candidates did not change as precinct results trickled in. I was dumbfounded to witness that [apparently] precincts across Texas were not diverse enough to vary these numbers(52,30,18) all night long. I've watched many live election counts as such, and never before seen anything like that.

Just looked at the results county-by-county. Some of the counties recorded "0" votes. I don't know what that means.
Medina did very well against KBH. I think, if she's up for it, she could do well running for Senate.

didn't have a Republican primary. Many, actually, didn't have one.
How is that possible?
I understand that perhaps no republicans showed up to vote in some precincts, but entire counties with not ONE republican looking to vote in the primary?
I would think this being a statewide race, EVERY precinct in EVERY county would have the relevant machines and ballots available.
If such counties never even had open polling places, or did not offer all available ballots, that alone constitutes vote fraud and should be enough to order an injunction against certification of the vote in a court.
Demand Paper Ballots
At least paper ballots can be recounted. I feel it is against our rights to be given only one way to vote. Protest if they only offer those electronic machines. Demand paper.
They can't lawfully refuse your demand for a paper ballot. Say it against your religion or something. Make a scene. Picket.
Use the mail-vote system whenever possible.

The way it works
is that paper ballots are "counted" in a back room somewhere with zero citizen oversight.
Then they are conveyed to a central tabulation site, and put in a computer.
It is wide open to fraud the whole way through, as it is designed to be.

I'm thinking...
...it would be wise to be able to count votes outside the reach of the "powers that be" so we have a tangible way to know for sure how many voted, who they voted for, and what date/time/location.
Perhaps a voting receipt so we could confirm our vote(s) within the system, and then print off a copy for ourselves.
That way the votes could be counted by us - we wouldn't be forced to ask those who may be tampering with votes to count for us.
Yet another "fox guarding the henhouse" scenario (way too many these days...)

Do you know whether or not Debra was planning to audit any of those ballots. I think she should. I knew it was fraud when the first numbers popped up and Perry had 50% then it stayed that way ALL NIGHT. Kay Hutchison conceded at 9 pm with 30% of the precincts in and Perry at 50%.
