I have seen what I call a sun dog around the sun a couple times during heavy spraying here in Indiana, they are most easily seen by covering the sun with an object and looking outward with sunglasses.

this morning--left over from the heavy spraying yesterday, (and perhaps it could have gone on all night.)
The weird thing is that the pattern has changed as it is just new random X's everywhere Below the overcast. Lots of them.
I can't see any parallel trails.
Today may be the worst day I've seen!
Clear blue sky in the morning, and I am estimating over 50 planes have gone over today spraying this crap! A plane with 4 trails out behind it is going over now.

The cross-hatch patterns in the sky reigned supreme! Today broke all records--the sky started out a beautiful blue and now its a creamy white with a patch of blue here and there that quickly finds another airplane flying thru it leaving behind another long white trail that fills the gap w/more white.
Here's an interestng article that I found yesterday entitled "What in the World Are They Spraying?" About:

The halo around the sun probably isn't around the sun itself, but is more likely a phenomena that makes it appear so by some type atmospheric event that resides within the earth's atmosphere. I'm just guessing.

Well, duh.. it's because of all the airplanes spraying aerosols containing barium, aluminum and god knows what else.
