The only answer to 911 for candidates
is the non-answer. the question is designed to alienate some supporters regardless of the answer. if you answer as a truther you lose non-truthers and vice-versa. The question is a set up to lose some voters either way.
Best to not answer positive either way.

Not answering positive either way loses both sides
because both then become suspicious. Therein lies the insidiousness of these questions. It's lose-lose-lose and lose again if you try to avoid going on shows that ask these kinds of questions. The best course of action is to just get them into office and then start calling on them to start the investigations. Doing so before the election is putting the cart before the horse.
If anyone is really concerned that the candidate might not do 911 justice, then run a real truth candidate. Asking those, that may have a passing knowledge of truth at best, to defend and lead the charge on it is both naive and destructive. Answers like John's and Peter's will get them into office, then they can get the transparency going.

He successfully jumped over the "rat hole". Some irrational truthers, not the good kind, may try to sink him for not placing blame squarely on the gov, but as for the media, or this guy, he seemed pretty satisfied with the answer.

Now it may be that Joe doesn't have a horse in this race, say like Rick Perry, or that he could care less who takes Pelosi's spot as long as she's gone, but he nor the media can stick anything on him with that statement, and that's the important part. They'll try again with something else for sure, but for now the bullet is dodged. I think a lot of thanks go to Medina for that, she took the first bullet. Her great fight for liberty leading the first charge showed us, unfortunately, the consequences of not being prepared to answer these kinds of trap questions. The liberty candidates all have her to thank for that lesson and now know to be well prepared and to have a response ready when such questions come up again.
Some of you may think this guy may or may not have answered the
9/11 question to your satisifaction, but I must admit, he probably knows our government did nothing to stop the Israeli government from doing the attacks on 9/11 in order to start a war against the muslims. That is my belief, and for the sake of Isreal I hope I am wrong, because if I am not, there will be hell to pay for the Israelis, and I think that is exactly why the U.S. and Israel is so afraid of Iran obtaining nuclear capabilities. I am talking about the Israelie government, I am not talking about the jewish faith or the citizens of Israel. I like John Dennis, and as a Californian, he will be getting my vote over Pelosi if I have my say in the matter.

And the question is irrelevant. Are they asking ALL of the candidates this question or just the true patriots? The government does show evidence of being completely incompetent so the answer was not totally off. Really, guys, there are so many bigger fish to fry. Once you get these candidates elected, a lot of things will get done; including finding out what really happened on that day. It is just one of MANY issues that we need to deal with.

But being that he is in San Francisco, he should have said (regarding 911), "Of course the government was involved. Everyone knows it. Nancy Pelosa is just a Bush apologist, truth denier, and we need to get to the bottom of what happened and prosecute..."

Just because a person has an opinion about complicity of the
the govenment's involvement at any level with 911, does not mean they would or would not support further investigation. If the interviewer would have said, "would you support a reoopening of the 911 investigation to dig further? and he said, no, that would be a significant piece of information for voters to use. However, that question was not asked. Why can't someone have an opinion? He is not closing the door on anything, in my opinion.

It is such a cop out answer
to say, "The government is incompetent." Someone was competent enough to write ahead of time (in the PNAC report) what would be done and executed the plan masterfully drawing us into a war with Iraq. There are elements within government having nothing to do with bumbling bureaucracies who manage to pull off a lot of things.
Until we get to the bottom of 9/11 and all the past manipulations brought about by control of government, specifically until we recognize the Zionist infestation in our government for what it is, we will never be free.
Out of the closet Truther politicians and an honest re-examination of the events of 9/11 with an eye to the involvement of intelligence services, the US military, and foreign governments such as Israel is an absolute necessity. Otherwise, the American people will never be free and sovereign again.

I have to agree, it was a cop-out.
But it would not have been a cop out if he had expounded on his reply by saying that the incompetence of the government, who had FBI agents warning them about the terrorists involved, has not been corrected by the creation of the Dept. of Homeland Securities 250,000 personnel.
Rather, we need an investigation, as to why crucial information was not brought to the highest eschelons of governemnt and acted upon in a prudent manner.

Beck did not politely ask
if she 'supported a new investigation' He attacked her and accused her of believing 9/11 was an inside job. He called her 'a truther' which is typical media spin.
