Considering where the money for them comes from, in reality it's more like the DOE steals shotguns. Which is, of course, exactly what is expected of a band of thugs.
The answer is neighborhood control.
No district in the United States should have a school district larger than 3 high schools; and these being fed by the appropriate number of elementary and middle schools in the district.
Each district must have its own superintendant and must live in the district.
Called "neighborhood schools"
This would correct all problems within our schools.
Parents could simply knock on the door of the superintendant and ask why. No more superintendent golden castles and chauvers, 150 person staff and $150,000 salaries. If we can't have god in schools I don't want a demagogue.

although I think I would rather the school district be zoned by miles. Like no school district may be larger than fifteen miles, because right now I know of one school district in the neighboring country where one of he middle schools, and one of the elementary schools is 35 miles from the only high school in the country. whereas the county I am in now has about 6 high schools all over it and only one school board for a whole county, with a super getting paid over 200 grand and a staff of hundreds in her castle. Note I am not sure why you need a super when you have a school board.

The spooky part is a government agency having it's own enforcement police. If a crime has been committed, it should be handled by the DOJ, not an in-house police force.

My sister has always either
My sister has always either been in school or working for the government. She almost never believes one thing I tell her, then always finds someone else who says it isn't true. If she seems to find it IS true, she still thinks it is Republican propaganda or forgets about it entirely. She has a very high I.Q. and thinks everyone else is dumber. She loves Obama. These type of Democrats have a very strange mentality. If things do not fit into their view, they just can not conceive it. Recently, I drove with her from NC to AR. The entire way there were planes laying chemtrails. We saw every single phenomena ever reported about them with our own eyes. Even she thought something was very strange. She spent some time looking on the internet about them when she got home, and in a few days when I talked to her about them, she no longer believed in them. Yet she had seen them for hours. These people are most peculiar.
I just made that trip as well...
...and noticed a constant spraying from Baltimore to Ft. Smith whereby the chemtrails ceased for a while only to re-integrate the patterns within about 30 miles of all of the population centers heading west.
WTF? Even stopped in South of Nashville to see my MIT educated Aerospace engineer uncle who, when looking up, I asked about those "persistent" contrail patterns in the sky.
He informed me about the conditions needed and the ability of the new high efficiency wing/winglet designs to extend contrails....by about another four of five lengths of the fuselage!
When I asked him about the patterns we were observing in the sky above us, he said "I don't know what those are". ...and then he calmly returned to feeding the horses.

- You are being told more or less telling you everything you need to know
- What you are being shown / told is more or less trustworthy

- Trust that "they" (Government. Multinationals. Banks.) are not perfect, but they generally have our best interests in mind
- Instinctively reject anything that is not spoon fed to you by establishement sources as "less reliable", and most of all

Anyone who shows indications that they think outside of the establishments propaganda framework, they are programmed to instinctively reject as 'fringe', 'crazy', conspiracy theorists' ... etc.
This has been very deliberate. Its very sophisticated. And unfortunately some of the most intelligent people are somehow unaware of it because - as a result of it (the conditioning) ...
