I think I see a George Carlin influence in this segment. The Onion always gives a fair and balanced portrayal of MSM reporting.

Some other Onion videos that I like include:
" '9/11 Conspiracies Ridiculous' - Al Qaeda"
"U.S. Government stages fake coup to wipe out national debt"
and the hilariously titled,
"Al Qaeda also fed up with Ground Zero construction delays"

Don't forget The Onion Movie either, which is the closest relative I've seen to the classic Kentucky Fried Movie. Neck belt decapitation!
