The amount of hidden messages in that skit made me actually feel sick to my stomach..

I think he had a hidden point in there.
When he was asked are you a citizen of the UNITED STATES he said he had dual citizenship with US and Florida (Florida state not State of Florida)
Then he said, Well Florida is part of the UNITED STATES and Chris said.. don't push your politics on me pal.
For those who know the UNITED STATES is a corporation and UNITED STATES citizens are actually corporate citizens...that was an interesting statement.
Aren't they all corps?
Aren't all governments corporations?
Is there an example (past or present) of a country which isn't a corporation?
Municipalities are corporations, right?
How about states?
Anybody have any links?
It is my belief
that we do not currently have a "legitimate" government at this time.
They are all corp or for profit corporations as suggested.
The whole point is, if we had our sovereignty, we would establish a legitimate government that was un-incorporated and that served the will of the people not the democratic UNITED STATES INC.
I believe we only had a sovereign Republic government for the first 9 years after the Revolutionary War.
But even then, the Constitution was written with certain words capitalized like " to Secure the Blessings of Liberty" which meant they had special legal definitions...
Which means
..the Constitution was actually a security agreement which made the states surety on the national debt, as to establish their credit on the international market.
Cities are, states and counties are not.
A state is a covenant between the citizens via a costitution and a county is an extension of this covenant.
Cities have articles of incorporation.

But also..
I believe the STATE OF CALIFORNIA, STATE OF TEXAS (not Texas state or Republic of Texas) STATE OF FLORIDA etc etc...those are sub-corps as well
I don't think this is accurate.
The state codes are constructed with implied conscent via the state constituion.
The states are not incorporated.
Having said that ...
There may be incorporated beaucracies that try to claim they are an arm of the state, I do not dispute that.
I think that is where people get confused.

The state may try to collude with a beaucracy and try to imply that an entity or corporation is the equivilant of the state.
But it is simply not accurate and legally, if it ever got to that point, the individual would have a legitimate agrument.

humor is always better when there are little nuggets of truth hidden inside. i also thought about this when he mentioned dual citizenship.
also, did you notice that the census worker jumped to several conclusions about him based on the information he gave? he had just gotten out of jail which means he was an ex-con right? well what if he had just spent the night in jail for some random reason and hadn't actually been convicted of a crime? kind of scary, if you think about it.
I agree.
When your perception opens because of access to good information, many little details start to emerge that you had never seen before.
What would happen if, as a society, we all opened up our perception dramatically and let go of all the old perceptions we clung to.
Just think how much one man has done to change the old perceptions of this "nation" (Ron Paul)
He has sparked life into millions.
I would think this would undoubtedly change the structure of society...I wuld think there could be no other effect.
This would allow us to access things as a society that we cannot currently access simply because of limited thinking.
For instance, how many people give away all their information over the phone to a credit card representative including social security numbers without ever asking for that individual's identification?
How many people ever have the knowledge to challenge a bank from not only taking their home but also all the sweat equity put into it?
How many people ever ask for an invoice or affidavit of debt from a credit card company that "pretends" to "loan" you money?
Maybe, if we percieved DEBT for what it really was and knew where it really came from ( hint people not banks)
We would have many more solutions at our disposal.
