What's the point of a pub?
While drink and smoke isn't my cup of tea, what's the point of a pub without alcohol and cigarettes?
People who go to public houses don't do it for the sake of their health.
If people want to prevent other people from ruining their health, they might want to consider standing outside pubs and trying to voluntary persuade their fellow citizens with speeches or flyers.
Let me repeat: anyone who ruins their body with alcohol and cigarettes is stupid, but being stupid isn't the concern of the law.
