Quiltingsando's Grassroots Liberty Flag

Beautiful, isn't it?

Writes quiltingsando: Well, celeste wanted a flag, so... Here is a picture of the flag I got from a custom flag company made in the USA. Our little symbol made it all the way to a flag!

I never did anything like this before so I would encourage anyone if you have an idea there is no harm in seeing how far the idea goes. I guess the whole experienced showed me that I am capable of more than I thought. Thanks, Michael for your help in making this happen if you and Mike Lawson didn't lend a hand cleaning up my symbol it never would have gotten off the ground.

But I have come to expect nothing less from quiltingsando. This symbol will be held high 200 years from now in reference to those that would not bow down to corruption, and perhaps one day have its very own pledge from citizens who learned that power, corruption, and greed can never outlive the desire for liberty. Call us peasants, kooks, or what ever, but they will never call us sheep. Great job, an awesome symbol for the people who love their nation and their liberty.

Is there a particular meaning attached to the symbols incorporated into the flags design? I am specifically referring to the arrow looking design encompassed within the circle. It is a fine looking design, I just must have missed any discussion on the meaning of the design.

the Grassroots gathering under the Liberty Tree. The Liberty Tree has limbs that are dead, that is APATHY and the tree has Green NEW GROWTH that is our awakening. Showing the Liberty Tree roots is reference to our connection to the founding of the nation, the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
