Department of Education buying shotguns

Seems the Department of Education is needing to replace 27 of its Remington short barreled shotguns with breaching capability. These would of course be illegal for any private citizen to own so I doubt they are looking to add firearm safety to the curriculum. I suggest you do as I did and politely ask your Congressman why the Department of Education would spend its money on offensive weaponry instead of say, textbooks or computers.

This should go to show statists that when you give government the power to things you want like educate children, they'll always use it for things you don't want, like shooting people.

It's not the shotgun I worry about, it's the person handling it
