This Is Why I don't Put Up Bird Feeders

Although, actually, they resemble cat-feeders, bird feeders tend to increase the population.

What they really need to do is increase wolves and mountain lions, or get out of the way.

Certainly moving horses to new grass-rich ranges will tend to bring up the populations.

Grizzlies. Maybe we should re-introduce them to California.

At any rate, as usual, no one will be entirely happy with this.

Sorry, I have been real busy,But here it is.
When I was about 11 in 72,My grandmother had a cattle and horse ranch in what is now the East Mohave National Preserve,in Ca.My Great grand father brought her here in 1912 where she was raised as a cowboy on my great grand fathers ranch.She new cattle and horses like the back of her hand.So by the time I was 11 my cousins and I also knew just about everything there is to know about the business,we could all tell everything about our cattle,horses,and even the wild burros by tracking them to and from our water troughs.Now in 72 the BLM decided to come out and count how many wild burros there were in the area.They asked my grand mother how many she thought there were,and she told them,they did not believe her so they brought out 150 people,two helicopters and about 50 trucks,then proceeded to count burros.Two months later at an enormous cost they came up with a figure,it turns out my grand mother was off by 2 in count from theirs.After investigations of our own,We found that in that time the wild burros had dropped one new colt and one new filly,this is the only reason our count was off.This is how they work!all they had to do was trust the rancher that was supplying the water to the burros,and could have saved millions.

WHY don't we the people LEARN how wasteful and incompetant these socialist shysters are???

Hopefully many will read it and pass it on so we can eventually rid ourselves of the BLM altogether...let alone just one program like the "Wild Horse and Burro Program" which is under their control.

I will have to say,at the age of 11 almost 12 all the 18 to 25 year old women they had out there was quite fun at the time,We went skinny dipping with them,what pervs they were.LOL!It was something to remember!

both parties are through ruining the economy General Motors will be offering this as the new mode of environmentally friendly transportation(having been unable to produce anything else of quality).

First step: Down with Toyota and all those other high quality asian cars.

Second step: Up with GM and all other public/private partnerships.

Hmmm ... while we're at it, we should probably ban those South American llamas. After all, they have been known to spit and hence are a danger to the American public. We also can't have them competing with our good old American burros.

President's Budget Calls for Substantial Increase in Wild Horse Program.

President Obama’s FY 2011 BLM budget proposal requests $75.7 million for the wild horse and burro program, a nearly $12 million increase over the FY 2010 level of $63.9 million.

The budget proposal makes a separate, but related, land-acquisition funding request of $42.5 million for the purchase of land for one wild horse preserve.
