My friend died yesterday, Thank you Marines' Generals. TY Armed Forces. UPDATE#1

I just came home from spending close to 8 hours at one of my best friend's house watching and listening to his family mourn over the death of their 24yr (today is his 25th birthday)son. He died on his Mother's Birthday.

http://www.facebook.com/people/Nilton-Ramos-Cacoilo/10000048...

It's more than just a death. It is murder. Murder by the UNITED STATES Marine Corps (Under CorporationUS's orders).

There is no question why my friend died. He had two different types of leukemia at the same time. This came from his exposure to toxic chemicals. Apparently, from stories he told me directly (he was a Man of great honor and would not lie) and others, the military (under orders from CorpUS) are in Iraq dumping hazardous materials directly into the ground contaminating ground water causing birth defects, cancer, and other illnesses. My friend, our soldier, was ordered to drive out many miles alone and dump a 55 gallon drum of hazardous materials directly into the ground, seeping into and contaminating ground water for the locals. He was not given a moment to grab protective gear and was watching the highly toxic material pour out of the drum with a bloody nose from fumes. But it's OK, he's doing his duty for his "country" and for good soldiers its a no-no to deny orders. At over 100+ degrees in the Iraqi desert those hazardous materials become more active and more dangerous. The kicker: The material already had well known correlations with leukemia.

But wait.. there's more as the story continues to unfold.

When back in the United States of America he lived a normal life for a year and a half or so. While he was living I had to witness my father die a horrible death with what our "Health Care system" called "Liver Cancer", of which ignorance for treatment I blame on the "New World Order" apparatus.

When he became ill, not to long ago, the VA hospital was complete shit and to top it off they denied him coverage for medical outside the VA. Here is a young man whom I can say I knew intimately and can truly say that he was the "Model Citizen" by never doing any drugs nor did he ever associate with anything that can be contrived as negative. Loved the environment and voluntarily cleaned up local river systems while he was growing up (Because of him they actually look so much much better than it used too). All good qualities, but not good enough to stop him from paying OUT OF POCKET for half way decent treatment at a "civilian" hospital (more like death centers).

When does it end?

Our boys go to War with the idea of serving our "country" only to come home to be declared a "threat" by the same "country" that sent them overseas to bomb and kill people in the first place. So the people sent are killing the people living only to come home and find themselves marching closer to becoming a causality of war without the war.. this is a different type of war.. a war that has been raging since before WWII.. its called THE SILENT WAR. Poisoning us in every creative way imaginable all while profiting while doing so (I don't think I even need to mention the brainwashing) all without us being aware of it. They don't care about our boys, never did and never will. They are war profiteers who rather kill our vets instead of paying them what they are owed by our CORPORATE UNITED STATES. No true National Government would ever do what this corporation is doing to our soldiers, innocent people in conquered countries, and especially even our own people here at home.

The Constitution for and of the United States of America provides protections against cruel and unusual punishment. I'm not sure what else can be considered cruel and unusual punishment outside relentless and consistent chemotherapy's they put him through before his body could not take anymore any longer.

OH no I will not sit idly by. His Commanding Officers should be convicted and sent to death by firing squad. Along with many of the other corrupt Commanding Officers.

May all the soldiers be aware of their fallen brother. Not at combat in a foreign land or at the hands of a foreign "enemy", but instead deceived within our own domestic ranks and poisoned from the inside out. Tell them all.

NO MORE

My deepest sympathies friend

I lost my Uncle Jim the same way.He was a marine in Vietnam and was one of the many tested with agent orange. He suffered from many ailments going back to a few years out of service but finally his heart gave out and he had 2 heart transplants over the span of 15yrs.
After the second transplant he had nothing but problems, in and out of the VA.The last time he was in there somehow he caught pneumonia and couldn't fight it off.
It was very sad and to me it still is.He was not only my Uncle but my godfather and since I had no father growing up he was mine.
He and the family were told it was a result of the agent orange by his own doctors.
He suffered for 25yrs from all sorts of things, they had to remove his larynx at one point so as he got older he could only whisper.
But as a kid I will always remember what he told me when I told him I wanted to be a Marine like him.He said "Look what they've done to me,why would you want the same? You are nothing more to them than a number and a body."
Why do they continue to use and abuse those who want nothing more than to do right for their country? Why are our friends and families treated as lab rats by the military and pharmaceutical companies?

WHY DO WE STAND FOR IT?

I feel your pain. You will get through it but you'll never forget it.
Sorry to ramble this is a sensitive issue for me.
I wish you the best.

I'd rather die on my feet than live on my knees...

Libertarians Take Flak on the Environment

But it's obvious the federal government is the biggest polluter in the world.

And Humvee's don't get good mileage.

It is more important than ever to have an organization like Oathkeepers.

Great point..! We are doing

Great point..!

We are doing so much damage that the clean up may cost as much as the war itself..

I reserve the right to govern myself.

Bump!

Peace to you and his family.

Is there an obituary yet, or a right up in the military times?

Is there anyone in his unit who will step forward and confirm this account? One thing is for sure in the military, you never go to do anything alone. If he was dumping waste, so was someone else.

An intro to the type of burn pits/ dump site that this soldier was likely around

Not yet.

I will share that burnpit video with others once the services are done and we can collectively move on and live with him in our hearts.

Sorry for your loss.

I can't help but ask, what about the Iraqi citizens that have suffered for having toxic chemicals dumped in their groundwater?

It is one thing to have been lied to, and find yourself in a situation where you have to fight just to survive, but to knowingly put toxic chemicals into the ground without taking into consideration the ill it would cause not only yourself, but the people who live there, is irresponsible.

I would rather be put in prison and suffer abuse for refusing an illegal order, and know that I did the right thing, rather than knowingly poison people, which is what he did.

He was a "good person" because he "never did drugs", but he poured God knows what into the ground, knowing that it was harmful?

Soldiers both here and abroad, need to start standing up to this kind of atrocity. Iraq, is an unbelievable tragedy, all the way around.

You want revenge for your friend? You can support efforts to bring those who lied to get him in that situation in the first place.

You can start by studying the lies told on 9/11, and the lies told since.

The Govt. didn't care any more about your friend, as they do a lug wrench, for a humvee.

He was used as a tool, and a pawn in a greater scheme.

Thank you for your kind

Thank you for your kind words.. and good points.

That's something that really gets under my skin. The Marines take good people and order them to do bad things. And don't let them fool you, its not easy to disobey an order, its not.

The amount of dumping going on overseas in these countries is FAR worse than one barrel. Whats worse is that he was such an environmentalist that for him to do something of this nature took a lot of will, it was probably the motivation for him getting a job, but never getting to day 1, of being a "clean up engineer" in making sure that the Armed forces are handling their wastes properly and making them properly clean up areas that have been contaminated.

Sometimes we cannot judge a man by a single action. As you said, and I agree, he was used a pawn and its eating at me in a more exponential fashion.

I've studied for long. Now it's time for action. I know my enemy well, time will tell how well in fact.

Jefferson,

Thank you for having the sensitivity to acknowledge FreeManOnLand's loss while pointing out the other things.

It seems someone further below could take a lesson.

Nilton Cacoilo

I am desperately trying to find out when and where the service is. I only found out about this today (Sunday) I don't know if I'm too late. PLEASE let me know - it's very important to me to go. Thank you. Astra

The service is still in the planning stages.

I will update here as well when more information comes in.

I truly understand

As a vet Ive been through their medical system. 7 years ago my father died of cancer under VA care. He was at the Va hospital in Cinci, as Columbus has never opened one. The treatment by staff was terrible,at one point when needing pain medication the young male Navy corpsman told him to wait despite the pain. I ripped him a new one, myself being an older vet and a former NCO still wearing white sidewalls nearly 30 years later, gave him the impression I was still active, as I asked him how much he valued his career. Made my old man proud that day. And yes, the VA will try to refuse payment on medical and attempt to wear you down until you give up. To quote on VA employee when trying to get my fathers grave marker "You veterans think we owe you something" I Burnt the stars & Bars on the flagpole that day right in my front yard.

I can feel you.

Reading your lines it is almost as if I can feel your pain. Even to this day I can tell a part of you still holds on to those austerities committed to our loved ones.

For me, my path is remembrance through action and the only remedy is Justice.

This is not about just Nilton anymore, its about all of us. Soldiers and Citizens alike, it's time we stand up and say NO MORE

Will you stand with me, beside me?

I reserve the right to govern myself.

FreeManOnLand

We will survive. And win even in defeat as we will never give up or forgot what really holds us together as one.

My heart breaks with yours,

I am sorry we lose anyone.

The DP is proof that the grassroots support for Ron Paul and his peaceful message of individual liberty is large, real, and not going away!

I'm sorry for your loss.

If this post reveals anything it should be that men serving in the military need to learn what is an ILLEGAL order..\illegal orders do not need odeyed..
Thank you for sharing your loss..Intentional dumping, if not, should be ILLEGAL..

What gets my goat is that the same Vietnam era protesters are NOW the perpetraters..Bill & Hillary types.

I am so sorry--

Please accept my condolences. Unfortunately, I understand this in a deeply personal way, and I hope you can get others to listen to you.

it's hard to be awake; it's easier to dream--

I feel for his family & you Bro-

When will the insanity stop? Unconstitutional wars, this is what the good ole USA has come to. Pre-emptive wars? By who's definition? The "evil-doers" are in Washington DC. I'm about to my boiling point. GRRRRR

this comment is from hannah2 - hers got blocked.

I am so very sorry for your loss. So many lives of good young people are lost, and for what?? The person who passed is freed from further suffering and now in a better place, but the family and friends are left as the
indirect victims of that same war.

We cannot expect the young people wanting to join the army to understand then wrongs of war, especially the unjust wars that are raging now. We would love them to understand why they are wrong, what lies have been 'sold' before engaging in these wars but heck, many grown up adults whom you would think should know better are still encouraging the wars.

To help the young aspiring recruits with making the final decisions before nsigning up I dearly wished the recruitment office would provide this documentary as compulsory viewing:

This is what the government does to all the troops, and has been doing since the 1950's. The way things are going I think it unlikely they will change their ways. The troops are guinea pigs and fodder.

Ron Paul is My President

I watched this last night.

I plan on on showing this to many many people who are upset about this situation. We are expecting a few hundred at least, maybe as much as two thousand people, to show for his services. Its time we start saying "No".

I reserve the right to govern myself.

thank you for sharing this story

and putting an individual portrait over those grim statistics the government admits. that so many friends and families bear these losses is sadness beyond measure.
with every one fallen I can only hope scores rise up and demand a stop to the insanity of the government.

is this how we have to fight?

one soldier, one friend, one family at a time?

its sickening to see fellow americans refuse to acknowledge this rape of America...

how long?

its 'cos I owe ya, my young friend...
Rockin' the FREE world in Tennessee since 1957!

This is no different than Vietnam...

the only difference is that the American people through more protests in the 60's, and 70's. We have way too many apathetic people here now, or I should say socialists, that think if they are given everything they need, and have to do nothing for it they shouldn't make waves, or say anything.

true Tessie101, sadly...

the worst thing is that the ones who choose to NOT be a drain on society (prison, drugs, welfare) and choose to try and make something of themselves are ground up in the grinder that is the global war machine headed by rothschild, cheney, kissinger, et al...

Thank you!

I just sent your post to congressman Dean Heller, NV, who voted NAY on ending the war this week.

Thank you!

He will not have been lost in vain. I will make sure of that one way or another.
