Like anything else, it depends upon the manufacturer.

The production technique, quality and particle size of individual colloids, among other things, are immensely important. Is the solution in the form of silver proteins or colloidal silver? Is the particle size optimal for digestive assimilation (i.e. 5-50 microns)? With the right product, colloidal silver can be of great benefit healthwise. Especially if any type of infection is present. Why, historically, did Royalty throughout Europe drink from a silver wine glass or goblet and eat from silver plates and utensils? They knew of the disease fighting power of silver.

I just did yesterday. Had a runny nose, felt like a cold is coming. Took a tablespoon (regular 10 ppm). I held it in my mouth for about 45 sec before swallowing it. Runny nose stoped instantly. It wasn't a severe case or anything, rather mild. It didn't come back, but I repeated again today. (My first time using it)

Whether it's effective for viruses

apparently depends on silver particle size. Dosage depends on concentration. There's lots of often conflicting write-ups about its use and properties online.

I make my own and keep it in a brown bottle in a dark cupboard because it is said to be light-reactive. Since it kills microbes it is not necessary to refrigerate it.

I know neither particle size nor concentration of mine but I add between a teaspoon and a tablespoon to a glass of juice and drink it when I take it. I'm not a regular user.

FYI, Here is my CS generator with descriptions:

Thank you I will take time to look at your info.
